We tried this IHOP location once, and it was not a hygienic memory. The wait to be seated is ridiculously long for no reason. Plenty of tables were free but for unknown reason they keep you waiting (in hopes you give up and go away?).The walk to our table was sticky and the table was not wiped before we were seated.Waitress was nice and approached us right away. However, once we ordered, it took forever for the food to be brought out.Food was as expected, don’t expect high quality for the low price. So no complaints there. My son used the restroom just before we left, and came back socked and disgusted. He observed a cook (with dirty apron ) use the facility and walk out without washing hands. We do not recommend this place

Server stood around counting her drawer while we sat and waited at least 15 minutes. Assistant manager asked to check on our order while letting her know it was 35 minutes, she baked at me that it's busy on Saturday. Ma'am it's eggs and pancakes and the place was not packed. Toast cold, less than par diner food for more money. Next time pass and head straight to the diner where short order comes to the table at reasonable speed and he Assistant manager isn't rude.

The food was at best warm. It tasted good but the temperature killed it. The waitress was very good. It's a shame because on Christmas morning, there weren't many people in the building and I'm not sure what the wait was but when the food came out it was just not appealing in that sense. I'm sorry too, because we did have a pretty good time, but my father and I both agreed.

It was just like a classic IHOP. The food was good and the service was decent too, but the floor around our table was pretty dirtyVegetarian options: They have plenty of vegetarian options on the menuWheelchair accessibility: The place has ramps for wheelchair accessibility

I will be fair, from the start it was unprofessional for the hostess to not acknowledge us as she grabbed menus for a young family of 3. No one besides us when she walked away. We stood there for several minutes and no one came back. Then a customer picking up for delivery came in. He stood there looking at his order behind the counter. Still we all stood together for another 10 minutes. At this time 3 more sets of groups came in and we were cramped in the front with no one ever coming to seat any of us. A waitress by chance granced over and saw my confused and disappointed face with people in the same area. She acknowledged me and asked for one moment. When she came to the front where we all were, at least to say, overwhelming. She kept it together ❤ and made sure to address all of us in the waiting area. Giving the man his food and recognizing the rest of the groups. The floors were dirty with food smeared. The French toast was amazing, sadly, that doesn't compensate for cold, over cooked hash browns that you pay almost $4. I've never seen hash browns that came square. It isn't all IHOP, just this one. The time we were there I watched our waitress, Meryl.. wear 3 different hats all while hosting, bus boy, and waitress- never breaking a sweat, nor being rude, just smiling and being cheerful. I think this location needs to rework the staffing especially finding out the woman who ignored us and never came back, was the Manager! If you choose to go to this location, ask for Meryl. She is the only reason I am giving praise, trying to be fair.

Only 1 side of tbe restaurant sitting area was open due to server availability. We waited for 20-25mins before we were seated. Food was good, service was little slow. Overall OK experience.

I have been a veteran for eight years now after retiring from the Marine Corp in 2014. This will be my first year actually partaking in the IHOP veteran day free meal. My first experience was a lasting experience. First the young lady was very rude. She had called a name and since the bench in the restaurant was broken. Seating in the waiting area was minimal. So when she said the name, know one answered up, I said maybe they are outside. I mean since I was standing up myself by the desk she was working at. Her immediate response was when I said what said “ I am not going out there to get them”. Finally I am seated, wait 30 minutes for my meal. I ordered the grand slam: pancakes ? plane, two eggs over hard, hash browns, and bacon with orange juice. Here’s the meal I received: pancakes cold, eggs runny, hash browns burnt, bacon floppy, orange juice watered down. I asked my waitress for the check, she asked if I wanted them to redo it. I should no I have already been here for two hours. Plus my wife is waiting for me at the hospital. She just had a herniated disc removed. I will never go back to that IHOP ever again.Parking: Plentiful

Didn't even eat. Something tells me the waitress there might be prejudiced by a little or a lot. I can understand being short-staffed but HOW is it that a party of FOUR that came in 10-15 minutes after us gets served before our party of TWO? And to add, were considerably non-melanated as well? Now i'm not pulling the race card, but another black couple waiting outside came in right before we did and after waiting so long, the lady was aggravated to the point where she came into the dining area asking for the waitress to take her order cause she's pressed for time. But then I overhear the waitress mocking and cussing profanities about her under her breath? Hm.

Long hair in my meal - when cook came out to discuss was defensive and was not wearing a hair net - disgusting

Went to stop in for breakfast on a Sunday morning and only two people working. There was a table sitting for 30 mins and left, and also we're about four families waiting to be seated. Well job for the two workers showing up.

We went there on Sunday at brunch looking for a table for two. We were told it would be a 25- minute wait, it was slightly longer. When we ordered and got our food, I had the spinach omelet, which was almost completely flavorless. The side of hash browns were good as was the sausage. We hit an IHOP once every two to three years, and when we're there, we remember why we don't go more frequently.

The food was reasonable, though slightly salty. The servers were very attentive. The dining room needs rehab. It's okay for a quick bite but could stand some work.
