I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Ordered wings and got virtually no sauce on anything, maybe two out of 24 wings I ordered had little to no sauce on it. My wife had ordered bone in Buffalo wings and again no sauce what so ever. The ranch sauce you can tell was watered down. Never again

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!
Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

I drove circles in the parking lot for 20 minutes and couldn’t find evidence of this business. No signs anywhere. It’s inside the chilies and not a separate business. I waited at a separate counter the bartender sent me to for 10 minutes… No menu, no one behind the counter, nothing happening. Whole new level of stupid happening here.

I went to curbside pickup and waited 10 minutes for food that never came. I called and spoke to the server and she said they were too busy to deliver the food curbside. I was the only car parked in the curbside parking spaces. I walked inside to find two girl servers talking on their phones hanging out. My order was the only one on the curbside to go rack. The food was soggy and cold.

Got to the spot checked in for my food to be brought out only to be told that my food was picked up by someone else. They did remake my order though.

Ordered 16wing combo after trying to place online order for 20 minutes due to issues with their system which they admitted. Couldn't even place the order without adding extra drinks but the extras that were deliberately ordered didn't show up on their end. Called otw home when we noticed missing items, Manager confirmed we weren't charged for them but offered a $10 refund for the hassels. We started with the fries they were ok but the wings were barely sauced and the drums weren't edible, so hard you could Crack a tooth! The wings were NOT edible. No excuses, your selling food out of a ghost kitchen to humans not animals. Unfortunately we did not get what was paid for which was dinner. I called back after our busy weekend and let management know the wings weren't edible hoping they would do the right thing and refund the dinner purchase or like I've done in the past as management give the customer a credit for next order. Another $10 refund was offered, so that totals $20 out of a $35 purchase with tip. I don't play with companies not giving what the customer what they Ordered as advertised in this case FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER. I ended up filing a claim with my bank. JUST GO TO CHILE'S INSTEAD!!! AVOID THE WINGS && don't say I didn't warn you
