Subs are smaller and more expensive. They were bought by private equity, and like everything else that private equity touches they made it worse for the customer.

Horrible experience, I walked in to pick up my online order I was looked at and completely ignored me. A man walked in after me and they asked him if he was there for a pick up, while I was still standing there. The two men continued their conversation about skating until I walked out and had my significant other, who wasn’t ignored, walk in and pick up the order.

Every time my wife or I go to this location it says open on google and they never are open this location needs new management or to be fined for not actually be open

Never had a a problem with jersey mikes till now but I go and I order a 26 bowl and they give me just a little slab of food while I asked for extra meat and there was no food whatsoever

i frequent this location as it’s so close to my house… unfortunately i most likely will not be coming back. every time i mobile order lately and show up at the time the app and the email gives me to. my order isn’t ready and not even STARTED! this is ridiculous i’m writing this review while standing waiting for my order…unfortunately this time the employee who asked abt my order gave me quite the attitude and huffed and puffed when i asked abt my order. very sad but thankfully there’s other locations by me.

I like this place but why is one person making sandwiches while 3 other people are on prep? Of course the person in front of me got an Italian combo, the most time consuming sub to make. It makes for unnecessary wait times when prep is in the back scratching themselves

Ordered six sandwiches. Received five. Employees are too busy discussing high school to pay attention. My first impression is stay away.

One of our favorite "go-to" lunches! The subs are so fresh and delicious! #13 Mike's Way is always a big hit! The staff and service are great! I highly recommend!

Wow, this Jersey Mike’s is phenomenal! I had the great privilege of meeting both the franchisee and the General Manager on my recent visit. Both are tremendous, hospitality driven individuals that help provide exceptional service along with their entire team! Can’t wait to visit again!

Walked in to pick up order. Only 1 customer there. No one acknowledged me. I waited several minutes and waved my phone to indicate I had a pick up order. The girl puts sandwich in the bag and doesn't say a word. Puts it in the pick up area., walks away. Unbelievable!

Stopped by today during their super busy lunch rush, the team handled it well. It was 2 young ladies and a young man, they kept it together & held their composure during a time most people wouldn’t.
Sandwich was magnificent per usual :).

Was here in July - great. In Sept the service is so slow, two ladies just sleepwalking. Good quality suspect as staff just toss leftover lettuce back in the container. It too 15 minutes to get two overpriced subs.
