This was my first time at a Jersey Mike's and I was very disappointed in how inaccessible the restaurant was. There was only 1 low table that a wheelchair could pull up to and it was by the door furthest from the accessible parking spaces. Should a wheelchair pull up to this table, they would be blocking an exit door. This table was also the furthest from the bathroom. The bathroom required multiple turns to get into and the door weighed far to much for a wheelchair user to successfully open. There were also no hooks in the bathroom. The food was fine, nothing to write home about. The idea of salting it is outrageous, though.

Stopped by tonight. Only one customer on site, looked to be a member of law enforcement ( no issue there ). He left with his order. While his order was being completed , two young females came in and I was next to place my order, the young lady behind the counter after handing the officer his order ignored me and waited on them. I never write reviews, and very seldom complain, but this was unnecessary. I've wanted to try this location since it is three minutes from home, but I won't go back.

Jersey mikes has Pepsi products. Their Fountain machine is one of the newer Pepsi fountains with that futuristic look. Soda is well carbonated but leaves something to be desired when it comes to the taste. It’s still above average fountain soda, and the employees are friendly and fun so overall a great spot to get a good sandwich!

The sandwiches are good when they are made correct. 5/10 times I get a wheat wrap instead of white and wheat wraps suck. Just happened again and my husband had no bacon on his sandwich. Make sure to check your order even though they tape the bag, open it there and check. Im going to start doing that every time now. Would bring it back if it wasn't so far.

I ordered twice through this specific store, through DD, before leaving my review. Both orders have been insanely wrong. The errors don't even make sense, honestly. It's like they're just making what they want or don't know the difference in cold cuts. These sandwiches are not cheap. When you get what you order, they're great, but clearly you need to babysit the preparation. Once again, another waste of fifty bucks.

My husband had to wait for almost about an hour to get his sub sandwich. That is absolutely ridiculous. We could have went to a dine in restaurant and got our food faster than that. They need more organization and more workers so that people don’t have to wait so long for their food. We are highly highly disappointed with our first experience at this establishment.

I rarely leave reviews for less-than-rare chain restaurants, but my workplace hasn't ordered catering from Jersey Mike's since last year. I always like the chicken Philly cheese for its savory flavor, but next time I would swap Provolone in place of the American cheese.
