I had an unforgettable Hibachi show tonight! Despite the busy atmosphere, our Hibachi chef and server ,Rain, provided exceptional hospitality, making everything perfect. My family and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend this restaurant! !!

Cozy but food wasn't worth the price and they had us sit where we did not want to sit. You're better off going to a local Chinese restaurant or buffet. Won't be returning ever again. Over priced n tasteless

My fiancè and I dined at this location last weekend. Was a small restaurant, but the quality of the food was great! Our server took our drink order and came quick, but it was lacking a little bit when we had to wait for refills. Our chef was great and so fun to be around. Some of the best hibachi food I’ve ever had and look forward to future visits

So much to say. This place used to be top notch. Supreme service, great show, and generous portions. ALL THAT IS GONE. The portions are cut by half easily with the rice, noodles, and veggies. When they opened back up after covid, that's when it all went downhill. We have tried to give them the benefit of doubt and gone every so often,hoping it would be better. It is NOT! It keeps getting worse. Tonight, was the worse it's ever been. Waited for 20 minutes for drinks, when chef finally arrived, it was the most boring show ever and food was bland and not the portion you'd hoped it would be. No fun!! No sake! No boy peeing for my kids. We came in tonight for my twins birthday and left disappointed. This used to be the place our family would share special occasions with. Now it's safe to say we will not give them another try. Insult to injury, being forced to pay 18% gratuity for poor service shows that they don't care about the service and there is no incentive to work hard for a great tip! Another Hibachi location dead.

Ordered sushi for pick up and specified it to be gluten free. I was given sushi that had gluten. When my boyfriend called the restaurant they said there was absolutely no gluten, (even though there were two fried items). Eventually, the manager called back and confessed that there was gluten in the meal. Even still they were unwilling to refund me for a $17 dish, and instead gave me an $8 credit to be used within a month. I won't be back. This used to be one of my safe places to eat and I'm not sure what happened.

Edited to respond to Kobe's reply: Your response did not solve the problem, in fact it lost you a customer. So you should seriously reconsider how you handle customers with food allergies.
