I ordered chicken mole and it was not good. The chicken was very tough and inedible. The mole was watery with little flavor.

La Villa is my favorite place for tacos in this entire area. Today I ordered a combination of tripe, lengua, & cabeza. They were seasoned very well (& the tripe was perfectly seared), though I also don't mind them a little more plain on occasion. Naturally, you should also have the tacos al pastor!

We used to go to the Cortlandt Manor location years ago until we moved up to Wappingers. We were so excited to see LaVilleta reopened close to our home. The food is delicious, portions are huge and the staff is so friendly.
