We were on vacation in Poughkeepsie and ate here one night. We loved it so much we came back the next night! They make their own “agua fresca” (fresh fruit-flavored water in many different flavors.) I had Enchiladas Suizas which were fantastic (they had a kick to them too) and my husband had Carnitas Tacos which came with two different types of sauces. He said they were really good. And you can’t beat their prices, they are so reasonable. Is it any wonder we came back two...
The food here was so amazing, i had the enchiladas roja and they were so so unique and delicious, a mild red mole. Our server also made us a delicious limonada that was a perfect compliment to the food 😋
I've eaten here a bunch of times and enjoyed the tortas, breakfast stuff, and antojitos. But today I ordered the chivo special of the day (scrawled in erasable marker on the board near the cashier) and I have to say it was one of the best things I've eaten all year. And I travel a lot.
