I had made a delivery order today and my food was wrong and I was missing a fry and a drink. My order was 75 dollars which I could barely afford in general. I was trying to get a fair refund even if its not a full one because its not fair. But there is no help option for me to submit a request. So if something could be worked out it would be greatly appreciated.

Typical McDonald's, but a good one. It's in a busy plaza and was pretty busy during lunch time but service was fast and efficient. If you like McDonald's this is where it's at.

The workers at this location seem to just not care anymore. I ordered DoorDash and they got my order completely wrong even though it tells you what the order is right on the ticket. I ordered a sec McMuffin meal and my daughter got a bec McGriddle meal, but I got 2 sec McMuffins. Two completely different things. And they only gave me one hash brown. It’s like they don’t care to even get the bare minimum right. This is not the first issue I’ve had there. They should always double check before packing it up.

How does McDonald's Raise prices then cheap out on materials a mcflury doesn't even come in a cup or a top just tears and falls apart in the cup holder
I want to talk about my experience by far working at fast food restaurants with childish immature rude disrespectful managers that were either about my age or younger . They treated me horrible at this job for no reason . I was doing the best I can to not only satisfy customers but satisfy the managers . It was like they intentionally target nice / quiet people and just bully them & would look for a reason to terminate you . I was going through a lot and working at this location had made me emotionally break . You can’t go to anyone to make a complaint because it will always back fire :( thank God he knows I deserved better !

I don't normally post about Mickey D's, but today I was hoping for something Grimace themed (a purple beverage or shake of some kind), in order to celebrate the Mets' wild card win over the Brewers. There was none of that to be had, so I just got a caramel macchiato, QPC, & McChicken. Fair enough!

I haven't eaten anything from McDonald's in years, BUT I do like grabbing an iced coffee through the app (as long as the 99 cents any size coffee coupon is in the app). So, as far as my experience goes, they make the best iced coffee I have had in a very long time (if not EVER) from a McDonald's.
