If there was a 0 stars thats what I wpuld very time i order here its always messed up this time u repeat ur order 4 time and still messed up then we get to the windows and we tell them he put in wrong the first window huh and nothing else the second window said no problem we will fix and still our food is messed lucky we are not allergic to anything we as to take off this is a serious issue if this happens to someone that is allergic

When we called, Carlos not only corrected the issue but went above and beyond, demonstrating outstanding customer service. I used to always say how great this mcdonalds was. Accurate orders and fresh food.
I dont know what happened in the last month but EVERY SINGLE ORDER I have placed has been either missing multiple items, or made wrong. Even when sent back and asked you make it correctly , my burger was still missing the extra cheese thay cost 99 cents extra. Won't be coming to this location anymore

My 1st time to this mcdonalds. Im originally from CT and wow the lack of customer service. The staff look and behave as they hate their jobs. Also unable to put sugar in coffee. Never again, poughkeepsie has one of the worst customer service response I have ever experienced.

I just bought a strawberry shake and a big Mac. The big Mac is inedible. I’ve never seen the worst piece of slop in my life. I know McDonald’s never cares about the placement of the food in a sandwich. The lettuce looks like it’s a week old. It’s actually wet And one of the buns was so hard, I’ll bet anybody you could bounce it off the floor I’m sick of this crap

It was ok. Just wish they paid more attention to counter service instead of all the attention being on the drive through. And then they forgot to give me my orange juice and tried to say I didn't order it until I showed them the receipt. It is what it is though.

Ordered a 20 PC nuggets and a 4 PC chicken strip. The nuggets were supposed to come with 3 sauces, the strips with two. I got ZERO.
How hard is it to put the correct sauces, that the kiosk has me specifically enter, I to the bag?
I tried this McD's just because Wendy's parking lot is so bad. I'll deal with the crappy parking next time.
