We held a (small) wedding reception here in their private room “The Loft” and it was the best time ever. The food was amazing, the service was amazing. Danielle did an amazing job!!! She’s the best. 100% recommend for all your event and dinning needs!! (P.s get the truffled short rib gnocchi, it’s amazing!)

Love love love this place. The Bang band cauliflower is a flavor explosion but the calamari salad is my absolute favorite. You can't go wrong! I'm not a beer drinker but the sangria is pretty killer too!

This was a great pub. Cozy rustic interior filled with people enjoying themselves. TVs for sports. Super friendly staff. Really good food. I had a Pastrami Cuban (although I thought it lacked the proper mustard - it was very tasty) and shoestring fries (perfectly cooked). I finished with a pumpkin dense cake special dessert which was very rich and awesome.
Finally I had a flight of beer. The cucumber ale was interesting and very tasty (if you love cucumber). The rest of the beers were good and very approachable.
I will certainly be returning.

Great Beer, Great Food and a great atmosphere....what more could you ask for??
Mill House Brewing truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Rosie, whose kindness made our evening even more special. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and was incredibly accommodating to our 2-year-old, even bringing toys to the table to keep him entertained. Rosie also took the time to acknowledge our 5th wedding anniversary and surprised us with a thoughtful Prosecco toast, making the night that much more memorable. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality were amazing, and we’ll definitely be returning, largely thanks to her!

Hosted a welcome back party for my mom and the staff was very accommodating and understanding. The guest enjoyed the food so much they kept asking for seconds. We had the pretzel bites and wings as apps and the chicken and steak served family style. Definitely will recommend this place for an event or even a simple dinner. The menu is filled with various dishes and they all taste amazing. Mill House is a must try spot when you’re in Poughkeepsie.

Was there for a baby shower and thought the alcoholic beverages were ridiculously expensive.

Ordered chicken wings they were soggy skin as if it were boiled chicken with buffalo sauce, ordered Pierogies for my main meal they were not fresh at all and my husband had the 50/50 burger the fries were so salty you could not eat them and the burger was the size for a toddler. I haven’t been here in a long time and the food definitely changed. Best part was the beer flight. Everything else was a Waste of money.

Perfect place for dinner and a beverage! Great ambiance and they were so friendly with our toddler! Even when he knocked a glass of water down they were so friendly! Great spot after a busy day! Brisket sandwich was perfect and great fries! Got a flight of beers and each one was so unique.

The food was good, the service was good, the atmosphere was good. The price was ridiculous. I do not eat animal products. So I ordered the plant based burger instead of the usual animal based option. The regular price of the burger and fries is $18.00 okay too much but I can deal with that. The server neglected to mention to substitute the plant based burger for the regular one was a $6.00 up charge. Now I'm not a math wiz or anything but $6.00 up charge seems a bit much. Beef is probably abot $5.00 a pound. The patty is is probably 1/4 lb. An impossible or beyond burger per pound is about $6.00 a pound. So, for something that costs at most $.25 more to put on to replace the beef options, $6.00 seem really excessive. Like 24 times more than the difference in price for the beef and plant based option. Shame on you Mill House.
Vegetarian options: From my perspective the vegetarian/vegan options do not exist. They do not list a veggy burger option. And when you get it the extra charge is just ridiculous. As I mentioned earlier. $6.00 more. You need to clearly indicate ingredients. I only eat plant based food. So, if it has cheese in it or butter or beef, chicken or some other type of stock or broth it is not vegetarian or vegan.
