Not gonna lie, this dog hit the spot. Normally I'd order pastrami, cheesesteak, or chopped cheese from this location.

The quality of the food has gone way downhill. I am from Brooklyn originally & I lknow what Nathan's is supposed to be like. They charged $5.96 for the hot dog and it was just like something you would get from the local grocer's freezer. I won't ever be going there again.I would suggest other customers shouldn't either, unless you like wasting money on low quality food. There is nothing spectacular about Nathan's.

Burnt burger bun. All black. I was amazed. I have never seen someone burn a bunch like this. I don't understand why they would have given that to someone. It's really gross

Arthur Treachers shrimp. NOT! Been Traveling around the country, I saw that Arthuer Treachers food is being served at some Nathan's, such as this one. When I saw that they had it here, I was excited to have the classic. I ordered the Shrimp and Chips and I received ordinary breaded shrimp, NOT BATTERED with their original batter. Their picture showed battered fish, but I did not have that, because like shrimp better. And their fries were NOT A.T. chips either. Very disappointed. Why buy the rights to the product name and then sell something else?

I was happy to still find a Nathan's Location somewhere, especially after they have been ruined in NYC/Coney Island.The hot dogs tasted like Nathan's dogs, and they had the right fries, but the fries were just not cooked well enough for that authentic Nathan's taste.I hope that they can improve upon this and then it will be the full authentic Nathan's experience.
Delicious food! I'd have given 5 stars but the onions set out for us to put on our food, while covered, had fruit flies in them and smelled rancid. It appeared to be a fluke because everything else seemed clean and fresh, but it was still off-putting.

I had high expectations for a good hotdog considering I have been to this location in the past but looks like the service has deteriorated during COVID. The individual taking my order seemed unenthusiastic and difficult to hear yet was accurate with our order. My brother and I orders two chili cheese dogs as well as chili cheese fries. The food was as expected with the exception of the chili on the hot dogs and fries which was stone cold. Im obviously not expecting gourmet food but its not that much to ask for warm/hot chili.

We are in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic and a worker at this Poughkeepsie Galleria Nathan's insisted I bring back the bags with our food to prove I was missing what I said. $45 for two sodas, a Gatorade, three burgers, two regular fries, and a fry with bacon and cheese. They shorted us a regular fry and the bacon cheese fries. When I approached them, they were very rude. They also accused me having another order. Another young mom was there missing part of her order as well. They made us both what we were missing, without apology. If I had the other woman's order, would they have me hand it over to her during a pandemic after it was at my table? Very unprofessional and unsanitary.
Great dogs, only thing I've gone here for.
