BEWARE RACISM! I stopped in to pick up a couple of the valentine cakes. I have been a loyal customer for years. I watched the woman behind the counter help the other women in the store. The woman running the counter was offering samples to everyone else. After giving the samples to the other women she quickly closed the container. Not offering myself anything. She did not acknowledge me. This was such a rude and disheartening experience of discrimination with these white women. Absolutely ridiculous! You have lost my business for good. Shame on you!

I recently tried Nothing Bundt Cakes in Poughkeepsie, NY, and had a mixed experience. The carrot cake was a standout—super moist and packed with flavor, definitely one of the best I’ve had. However, the classic vanilla was a bit of a letdown. It was dry and unfortunately, pretty inedible. I was really hoping for a consistent experience, but the carrot cake alone is worth a visit. Maybe I just caught the vanilla on an off day.

The owner/staff at this location is to kind! I had order a cake that I unfortunately ended up not needing and when I called and said to give the cake away for free the women in the phone heard the distress in my voice and comforted me and made a bigger difference than she will know! I highly recommend

Just got one of their carrot cakes from Clinton community day. It was probably one of the best carrot cakes I’ve ever had! Will most definitely be going in to the shop and trying other flavors!

The teacher-themed bundt cakes that were donated were as delicious as they were beautiful! Everyone was extremely impressed and grateful! The storefront is clean, beautiful and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Personally, I was so impressed that I turned to Nothing Bundt Cakes for Mother's Day gifts for the special mothers in my life this past Mother's Day! This will be my new go-to anytime I am in need of a beautiful, sweet treat! I must also say, her gluten free bundt cake was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this business! Thank you so much!

This is the second, and last time I have gone to this location. I was told to mention that it was my birthday and Nothing Bundt Cakes would give me a free mini cake with my purchase. Today when I went in and asked for this deal this effeminate little guy behind the counter told me I couldn't get the deal because I hadn't signed up online. I tried explaining that I did, it wasn't my birthday- it was for my wife... Anyway the smarmy little dude 'Max' took so much self satisfaction that he would not honor my request, it was so embarrassing I just got my purchase and left. It's fine, you people just lost a customer. It probably doesn't matter because it's just a huge impersonal chain store, not a real bakery. In my opinion, try somewhere else. So rude, and for what? It makes you happy to embarrass somebody? Unreal! Check my reviews, it is rare for me to leave a negative review but this place earned it!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful people at NBC Poughkeepsie!!! I live 2.5 hours away and needed to order a cake for my daughter's birthday to be delivered to her at school. I called NBC and was lucky enough to have Max pick up the phone. We were on the phone for over 1 hour!!! He was soooo patient with all my questions and changes and crazy tangents -that by the end of the call not only did my daughter end up getting perhaps the best and most beautiful Birthday cake she has ever received, but I no joke wanted to adopt Max!!!! I am a super critical, detail oriented person and I was blown away by just how insanely nice these people were and how much they went out of their way to share with you - and in this case my daughter - their delicious cakes. Honestly, remembering this experience, all I can say is that everyone who owns a store of any kind, should call Max so he can teach you what excellent customer service looks like - and then you should enjoy some of their cake :)

I went for the first time today and Stella helped me pick out some treat for our company’s marketing efforts. As soon as I walked in, she had a smile on her face and truly was so friendly! She helped me make the perfect selection! So friendly and quick, I’ll definitely be back again. Treats were also great.
