My wife and I have been to PC paddock many times, we even held a lunch gathering when our daughters graduated, the food is always good and the services always friendly. We had to smoked wings and they were amazing

The only place in the area that has liver for dinner cook perfect and if you like my husband who does not eat liver or to tolerate the liver smell there is other tasty selections on the menu he had the country fried steak which he said was very good small portion but very good my daughter had the salmon which she really raved about my grandson had the kids chicken
Kid-friendliness: My grandson loves going there they are kind of children and they put people with children in the back end of the room so they're away from the other end of the dining guest so no one gets Disturbed

Walked in Saturday night at about 6:30 They seated us outside in the high chairs and table. After 15 minutes we were not seen so we flagged down a server (older women with a brace on her hand) she said she was just getting to us and took our order. She Came back 15 minutes later and said our drinks were ordered at the bar and she would get them. At the 38 minute mark with no drinks, no food and a baby crying we just walked out No drinks after 40 minutes come on! I live a couple miles away and I won’t be going back. It doesn’t matter what I write the owners won’t do anything and don’t care.

we were driving past their food truck in the gallery parking lot it was well worth the stop. we got the cowboy wings,honey chicken sandwich great waffle fries portions and nice people. If you happen to see this food truck it's well worth the stop. we will definitely stop again.

Did they get a new cook? Maybe a different person preparing the famous award winning cowboy chicken wings?? I m unsure what those things sprouting from my wings, but never have I seen this anywhere I’ve gotten wings. I’m scared to know what it is..:( sad because I always lived there wings. Also I felt I had to give the guy who got my order and wrung me up a tip? My order came too $31.36 and I gave him $40.36 and instead of taking it and giving me the change ! He asked me if I wanted change??? I guess he felt I should pay him $9 for handing over my order? I won’t be back

On Site Catering - Poughkeepsie, NY We had the pleasure of hiring PC Paddocks with their food truck for our graduation party, and it was an absolute hit! The BBQ food, BEST Wings, waffle fries, amazing mac and cheese, chicken, pulled pork, spinach strawberry salad a must! Everything was mouthwateringly delicious, with perfectly smoked meats and a variety of tasty sides for a perfect balance of flavors. The food truck added a fun and unique vibe to the party. The staff is friendly, professional, and ensured everyone was well-fed and happy. They made the entire catering process seamless, allowing us to enjoy the celebration without any worries. Highly recommend Roger, Dawn and Jason and their team for any event! Their food and service are top-notch! Don't forget to go to their restaurant on Titusville Road, outside patio is open and the food is always great!

The Asian cowboy wings are my preferred choice on the menu. It is a remarkable local establishment. The service provided was exceptional. They offer outdoor seating, which is aesthetically pleasing with floral and plant arrangements.

We've come here multiple times over the years, each time the service is worse and worse, we've been sitting here now for an hour and a half, finally got our second drink. It's always the same story, understaffed, whatever. We watch people that came in after us get their food already, they finally took our order. Hopefully we'll eat by 10:00 p.m. okay, we just watched another table get served that just sat down. I'm not sure why we can coming back to this place. The ambiance and the outdoor seating is great, but the service completely sucks here.
