Excellent. Coffee and cream/milk all empty with a lunch rush. Ask manager Karin to help me out. She was friendly, professional, and courtesy and exceeded my expectations for customer service. I loved that she was so cognizant of her public facing communication, including the quick eye contact while she was busy finishing up her prior order, just to let me know she is aware and on it. Her level of politeness afforded to me was over the top. That's rare these days! I can see why she is the manager. Props. Sip club has gotten me into Panera, and I am glad and really enjoy the brand now. Usually, I take out, but the warm interior environment is usually overpowering, and I opt to eat in. Had the full-sized French Dipper. It was delicious! Coffee always decent. Food would be 5 stars if the portion was a bit more generous for the price. Bagged kettle chips as good as they get.

The food was good, I got macaroni and cheese with bacon and a kitchen sink cookie, they both came out well. The only issue was that the tables were gross and some of the benches were broken. I didn't expect much from the area surrounding poughkeepsie.

I've noticed this Panera has less traffic than in the past. I believe it is suffering from inflation. There is less and less value given for the higher prices. Two simple meals of a half sandwich and cup soup, plus one watered down tea costs $30.

This place messed up my order more than once. My wife placed the order and got a confirmation that the order was ready. After looking around for several minutes they finally concluded that someone nabbed the order from their rapid pickup shelf. If this is a constant occurrence, they need to change their process. I expect the order to be ready for pickup when I receive confirmation. Their less than perfect order pickup process is the least of my problem.
This is happening the second time. This time around, I got late for my appointment due to the screwup.

I had a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a cinnamon roll with coffee. The bagel took about 10min it was ice cold. The bagel itself would have been good if it would have been still warm. The cinnamon rolls tasted old. Any Pillsbury cinnamon roll is better. My wife had a sandwich which took 20min to prepare. Please improve your service.

Absolutely awful, I got the new recipe fuji apple chicken salad (new dressing ... yuck) ... the chicken was chewy and gross consistency and almost see through white color. $34 for a salad, small mac & cheese and 2 drinks....
