To wait over 30 minutes for an order that’s not even mine is unbelievable
It's good for a franchise.

Absolutely AWFUL. Came in, used the order tablet, charged my credit card and waited n waited, at least 20 minutes to find the order didn't go through. It was an awful experience and of course I was extremely right for time. They have never been particularly efficient but this was the ultimate in bad business practice.. Make the machines work!!!

Flay bread pizza was very good. I enjoyed it.
This evening, I had the spicy chicken fiesta sandwich with Mac and cheese.
The bread was well toasted and the Mac and cheese was tasty

The customer service here is wonderful. The workers are so helpful and cheerful and truly make it a great dining experience. The orders were prepared quickly and the restaurant itself was clean and well kept. Best Panera I’ve been to!

I usually enjoy Panera, but I had a disappointing experience today during a rapid pickup. The app showed my food was ready, and when I politely asked a staff member (Nancy) if the order she called out was mine (it had an item I ordered), she responded very curtly with, “You’re not [Customer X], so?” — which felt unnecessary and dismissive.
I showed her my app, which clearly said my order was ready, and she asked for my name. I gave her my first name and last name A (the first part of my full last name). She insisted there was no such order. After about a minute, she found it — listed under last name B, which is actually the second part of my full last name. When I explained this, she sharply told me, “Well, last name A is your middle name,” which was both incorrect and frankly rude. It’s not appropriate for staff to argue with customers about their own names.
I understand that order mix-ups happen, but the issue here was the tone and lack of basic respect. A little patience and professionalism would have gone a long way.

I’ve been coming to Panera for years and I am so disappointed on how things which I use to loved to eat when down hill, coffee , and the Asian salad I just had was just the stem of the lettuce cut up, no green lettuces, A little bit of nuts, no seeds and no cilantro at all. It was so disappointing and it cost $ 13.50 and the whole place has a smell like dirty rugs

The last two times I have been there. I went through the drive-through window each time they got the order wrong.

Always consistent
Excellent. Coffee and cream/milk all empty with a lunch rush. Ask manager Karin to help me out. She was friendly, professional, and courtesy and exceeded my expectations for customer service. I loved that she was so cognizant of her public facing communication, including the quick eye contact while she was busy finishing up her prior order, just to let me know she is aware and on it. Her level of politeness afforded to me was over the top. That's rare these days! I can see why she is the manager. Props. Sip club has gotten me into Panera, and I am glad and really enjoy the brand now. Usually, I take out, but the warm interior environment is usually overpowering, and I opt to eat in. Had the full-sized French Dipper. It was delicious! Coffee always decent. Food would be 5 stars if the portion was a bit more generous for the price. Bagged kettle chips as good as they get.

The food was good, I got macaroni and cheese with bacon and a kitchen sink cookie, they both came out well. The only issue was that the tables were gross and some of the benches were broken. I didn't expect much from the area surrounding poughkeepsie.
Wheelchair accessibility: How are you getting in the store if you're in a wheelchair. Pull doors dont open themselves

I've noticed this Panera has less traffic than in the past. I believe it is suffering from inflation. There is less and less value given for the higher prices. Two simple meals of a half sandwich and cup soup, plus one watered down tea costs $30.
