Excellent. Coffee and cream/milk all empty with a lunch rush. Ask manager Karin to help me out. She was friendly, professional, and courtesy and exceeded my expectations for customer service. I loved that she was so cognizant of her public facing communication, including the quick eye contact while she was busy finishing up her prior order, just to let me know she is aware and on it.
