They have no problem ripping off Italian culture with our pastries and deserts on Christmas and Easter but come Columbus Day they want to spit on Italians. NOPE! Support a real Italian bakery instead.

Stopped on my way home from being down state for a few days. Well worth the stop even going out of the way. I got the cheesecake because it’s gluten free, so good I couldn’t wait to take a picture. Other gluten free options as well as vegan options too. My wife got a vegan cupcake that she’s raved about for days. Friendly kind and knowledgeable staff. I’m hoping to get to go again soon. Great bakery.

I love this bakery. I stop in pretty often for assorted pastries and within the last year have gotten all of our cakes from here. We’ve never been disappointed. A few months ago we got our son’s baptism cake here and last week we got his first birthday cake & decorated sugar cookies. We were thrilled with everything. I wish I took more/better photos of everything to show how talented they are. The process of ordering has also been super easy and the girls working are always very nice.

Getting our wedding cake from The Pastry Garden was one of our favorite parts of the whole wedding! The cake tasting was so much fun, and we loved being able to work with them to create a custom cake that was exactly what we wanted. They brought our vision to life, and it tasted absolutely incredible. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how delicious it was. We can’t thank them enough for making this part of our wedding so special!

Ordered my dad’s 75th bday cake from here. The staff was very easy to deal with and I emailed them my ideas and they nailed it! The price was very reasonable and the cake was very tasty. They even delivered it to the restaurant the day of the party for a small fee which was very convenient!

We had the best experience working with The Pastry Garden! They were absolutely incredible from start to finish! The cake tasting was such a fun part of the planning process. We brought our parents along and got to try over six different flavor combinations, which made it such a memorable day for all of us. On the wedding day, the cake turned out so beautiful - exactly what we had imagined, if not better. And the taste? Incredible. So many of our guests told us how delicious it was and that they wished they had grabbed a second slice! We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend!

We ordered a strawberry shortcake for our June 7, 2025 wedding at The Garrison, and it was truly the best cake we’ve ever had.

Our cake tasting beforehand was so much fun—a delicious and joyful experience that got us even more excited for the big day. The team at The Pastry Garden made the whole process easy, warm, and memorable from start to finish.

On the day of our wedding, the cake completely blew us (and our guests!) away. It was light, fresh, perfectly sweet—and absolutely unforgettable. People were even asking for second slices! That’s how incredible it was.

The Pastry Garden delivered not just a cake, but a full-on dessert experience. We are so grateful for their talent and care in helping make our wedding day even more delicious and magical.

As a cake expert, I'd say the cake tasted refreshingly simple, allowing the quality of the ingredients to shine through. However, the flavor profile was perhaps a bit too understated, but it could be smoother. On the other hand, the service and atmosphere were truly exceptional, making for a lovely overall experience.

Strong coffee and delicious treats! Stopped in for an afternoon dessert and it was delicious. Got the raspberry cupcake - light and delicious!!

I will never order my cake from this place again. I ordered a birthday cake, and they gave me a cake without decoration. I was surprised to see my cake, I had to ask them to put some decoration on it. And, the cake is so dry n full of sugar. No strawberry flavor. My guests were so disappointed. I will go to Stop n shop or somewhere else next time.

The Pastry Garden has made several costume cakes for us and they’ve nailed it every time! We’re so glad we found them!
