I Can't speak on the atmosphere because there was none, but the service was ok dude was Courteous and patient , food was cool until I was attacked by the bouble guts minutes after having the only meal of the day, First and last time,Never again!

We ordered dinner from this place tonight. Never again. Our order took 2 hours to arrive (via their in-house delivery) and was stone cold when it arrived. 👿Then the delivery guy had the gall to stand there waiting for a tip.

**FULL DISCLOSURE** Needs to be printed on the menu and the front door. I ordered 50 bone-in wings for $62, and I thought MAN, this price is amazing! 5 adults, and we get 10 wings each. We open up the package at home, and the general consensus was that we've been robbed! These wings are not just wingettes... BUT MINI-wingettes! I didn't even know there was such a thing. The wings were so small, it only tickled our bellies and left us dissatisfied. At least if they disclose the size (warning: Malnourished chicken), we wouldn't feel as beat.

Super Bowl Sunday I ordered 20 butter garlic wings. The order came out and as I picked it up, it felt white. Got home open the box to discover that the wings look like the wings of a baby chicken or a pigeon. The smallest wings I’ve ever seen in my life. Never again. In addition, where was the butter in the garlic on my wings. Taste like plain wings to me

I ordered at 4:57 PM for me to do to receive 10 of the garlic wings. The garlic Parmesan wings at 5:57. I still hadn’t received an email saying that you know that they were out for delivery I called I was told I’m sorry we only have one delivery person and he has a lot so basically deal with it, after an hour comes, he finally gets here and he barely doesn’t even wanna look at me like it just wants to hurry up and give me my my receipt to sign for him I sign it very grudgingly did not want to because I was so irritated I opened up the container, and it was the smallest Wings that they could have ever mustard up and they were ice cold I called back to the store talk to another individual he’s like well just like my my manager I’m not my manager and he’s gonna tell you the same thing for you to send them back and then you have to wait even longer. This is what he said to me. I’d have to wait even longer if I wanted something better than I’d waited over an hour so I’m supposed to just deal with it I want to refund and I will not be bothering with planet wings ever again.

I go to Planet Wings in many locationsand order 10 pieces boneless combo,shows 16.50 online and was charged 20.00 even, in Poughkeepsie. Ordered 9-10 times in Poughkeepsie the boneless wings were burnt, however not this timeVery poor plastic utensils here in Poughkeepsie, many locations have much thicker utensils like Newburgh.
