Expensive and the chicken was not crispy but actually slimy. We couldn't even finish eating it. The mac was dry and didn't seem freshly made and it took more than 10 min to get my order. Never again. ??

Typical Popeyes with short staffs and worst service. On my visit, there isn’t any sauce available. Not this week, it’s almost every week. When you Prepay for sauces, they are available. So I guess they are being cheap for giving out dipping sauces.?! If it costs something then ask the customer to pay for it. Lots of other Popeyes restaurants does that. Don’t lie to customers that you don’t have dipping sauces in stock when they can see stacked dipping sauce by the register. Busy place so they don’t bother to change anything. When a customer pays $12 for food they can pay 25 cents for sauce.

The manager here a Spanish guy who needs to go see a dentist about replacing his front tooth called the cops on me because I wanted to change my order from a 8pcs to a 4pcs. The guy at the window was very polite but I guess he just works there so his manager has the last word.I came up to the window ask the person in the window if I could change my order he said ok the manager got on attitude and said " she was sitting in the line all the time and didn't know she wanted to change her order then" to which I replied thank you, so he told the guy at the window not to serve me and he called the cops.. I left because Don need the cops in my face but he needs to go replace his teeth and get customer service educate..

The main manager of this restaurant her name is meherunnesa or something she is very rude, she doesn't know how to treat the employers. I've just had one day of training, and she cut the hours. Her behaviour is bad everyone said and they also said many people quit the job ,her breath stinks ?please manager brush your teeth
