Being from NYC, I'm super critical of delis. Rossis is NYC quality in the middle of Poughkeepsie. Truly fantastic sandwiches and great quality ingredients. Baked goods are fire too.

Popped into Rossi's for lunch as my daughter has been wanting to try it out. I ordered the wings, my daughter had the roasted tomatoe blt, and my husband had some type of turkey sandwich.

The one word the comes to mind is overwhelming. The sandwiches are huge and difficult to eat with any kind of decorum. Yes, the food is flavorful, but it was awkward to consume, especially in public.

In short, Rossi's is worth a visit but I recommend splitting your meal with a friend or partner, taking it to go, and enjoying it in the privacy of your home.

Beautiful place, delicious food, good people. Trust me, do it.

The deli to go to if you want a good sandwich or frozen food to take home. I have always gone to the original location but it was closed the other day so drove here. It is always like a treat as I haven’t had a bad sandwich yet. Places love to brag on the quantity of meat. They miss the mark as it’s about the bread and the fixings also. Yes it cost a bit more so what. I don’t mind paying for the quality. The digital order screens are super convenient.

The very best sandwiches in the Hudson Valley, lower, mid & upper. Go to the average deli, you pay $14 for a sandwich and you wonder what for. You pay $16-18 at Rossi's and you have no problem with it. The sandwiches are substantial, packed w quality ingredients and on the best bread imaginable. And the service is great.

Rossi’s has the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life hands down. The bread and ingredients are always fresh and the deli meat quality is amazing. Each sandwich is probably enough for two meals for most people or perfect to share. If you haven’t already visited, I highly recommend you stopping the next time you are near by.

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to the owners!!! There was a bit of a miscommunication with the closing time and even though officially closed for the day, they still accommodated me. Pickup up 3 sandwiches and pasta. One sandwich was missing the mozzarella, barely had any roasted peppers. Another was so drenched in oil you couldn't even hold it. For these prices their sandwiches should be on point.

Lauren from Rossi and Sons reached out to me after seeing the review. She offered to refund one of the sandwiches and remake the other whenever I am in the area. I appreciate and applaud the effort to make things right. Customer service here is definitely not lacking.
