Ruby Tuesday is an awesome place to dine! The food is amazing, the place is immaculate clean and we love eating there even though we live in Newburgh. It is worth the drive.Allison Ciardullo is a phenomenal manager!

Are usually order lunch for them all the time I work for downstairs but today my order was absolutely disgusting my bag but it was cold and hard the sour cream was almost like blue cheese I ordered a 6 ounce steak medium well there was absolutely no pink in it ,and Dry and slightly over cooked on the outside. Very very disappointed seeing as this was my only meal I had time to run and pick up

Our server was great! The chips with queso was awesome! My hickory bourbon chicken was to die for! My mother had the chicken & broccoli pasta which she said was absolutely delicious!

Jessica, the bartender is fast, personable, and makes great drinks. I would definitely recommend asking for her when you go in.

I haven't had a server be so attentive to my needs! The salad bar is my favorite in the area. Very clean and tidy. The general manager even came to greet us. Felt like dining at home.

I honestly loved the food so much! The food I had really filled me up! If you want first date restaurants, this is the best place you can think of. The place itself is amazing, and the waiters were respectful. I like that!

Love Ruby Tuesday!! It is a very inviting place to bring your family to have dinner or just a bite to eat. The salad bar is AWESOME! Such a variety of things to pile on your salad...healthy or decadent, whichever you feel like having! Oh my..that's what I go there for...the food is great there also! We just wish we didn't have to travel so far to go there! We need a Ruby Tuesday in the Cortlandt Manor. N.Y. Mahopac N.Y. area

Lovely chicken quesadilla with cheddar broccoli soup on a cold New York day for only $8.99! Can't beat that!
Very slow service for lunch and it wasnt busy. Ordered the new fajitas and they took a long time and were not even very hot. Cheese was melted on plate. Server unattentive when we wanted refills. Not going back to this location.

Came here with my family here after a day of shopping at the galleria. I was excited because it was my first time eating at one, and it’s safe to say I will never eat at one again. The waitress was very inattentive and the restaurant was not anywhere near full. After ordering it took a very very long time for our food to actually get out to us. The food was gross and had definitely been sitting under hot lamps for a quite some time before being brought to our table, the Mac and cheese and even a burger were dried out very bad. And everything was covered in salt. The steak was ok, but everything else on the plate wasn’t. We weren’t even given condiments or cutlery, we had to ask for them or get them ourselves off of other tables. Terrible experience, terrible food, just overall terrible. Never again.

My friend and I visited Ruby's yesterday.We have been going there once a month for many years now. Today we had the pleasure of being served by a young man named Gary. He was so pleasant and personable. Each time he came by while we were enjoying our meal, he would have the nicest smile and always ask if we needed anything. We were introduced to the manager Allison, as well, who was so professional and sweet. We chatted with her mentioning how our experience today and always, have been so wonderful.The other servers, as well, have always been outstanding as Gary was. Keep up the great work..You are all awesome!

My friend and I meet once a month at the Ruby Tuesday’s at the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall. On this visit our waiter Gary was amazing. He was so friendly and nice. He made our dining experience at Ruby’s a great one. When we called the manager Allison over to tell her she was equally as nice and pleasant. We ended up have a great conversation with her! A wonderful experience!!!! I must also mention that all the servers at this Ruby’s have been great.
