Salsa Fresca Mexican Grill

Now I've had Salsa Fresca before at different location, and it was very good. I just went to this location and first realized something was off when they didn't place the cheese on the tortilla first for the quesadilla, instead they threw it on top of everything inside for the quesadilla then when asked for extra cheese in the quesadilla we were told it would be $1.30 extra which is weird cause the main component of a quesadilla is cheese. They also didn't give us our extra salsa, place looked fine overall. That's all for now :)

Though I like swinging by here once in a while, certainly over the nearby so-called "Chipotle" & their fiery hot insult to tacos al pastor, I just don't love the overarchingly sweet flavor that most meat, veggies, & sauces here (yes, even chips & salsa) have imparted upon them. But hey, at least this order of birria in a bowl wasn't overly salty, & didn't require me to guzzle down gallons of tap water afterward. And yes, everything tastes fresh.

The point of placing a pickup order 30 minutes ahead of time is not for you to start my order after my arrival. And then got home to find you missed the main ingredient - the sliced avocados. Seriously, how do you miss something when you’re reading off a piece of paper in front of you?

Silvia is a asset to the poughkeepsie location next to Marist. She always comes to the table when I am dining in to ask how food is and is all OK. Her staff is great always cleaning and quick to get orders taken and completed. The food is great and well prepared. I would encourage anyone who hasn't been to this Salsa Fresca location to go you will not be disappointed.

Dietary restrictions: Today I went to salsa Fresca and there was 3 workers and they kindly greeted me and was very respectful and always made sure I wanted more to my bow,l and they attended me very quickly and at the table they made sure if I was alright with my food and if I wanted a side or bag so this is why I will give a 5 star for the store.

Great selection of various Mexican dishes. The margaritas are outstanding and flavorful. The salsa and guacamole are both very good. The steak burritos were good and the churros were very good. The service was very good and attentive. We really enjoyed our dinner!

I highly recommend the place, every time I go I grab a burrito and they always give me the right quantity and everything looks fresh but the chips are included with the order.
