The pizza is always fresh, cheesy, and full of flavor — just how I like it. The staff is super friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. It’s one of my favorite spots to grab a quick bite at the mall. Definitely recommend if you’re craving good, classic New York–style pizza!

I came here with my children and sister in law. We placed our order. This young child (maybe 17) took our order and was very dismissive through the process. When the food was ready, he snapped at us and said “you, your food is ready.” I was shocked. I, my sister in law and the lady behind me immediately looked at him - all shocked. I said that’s not appropriate. It’s inappropriate to snap at someone to get their attention but it’s absolutely rude to snap at a customer. He didn’t respond but instead decided to stare at me and continue snapping. The other employees laughed, which is also quite obviously disrespectful. This will be the very last time we come here. That was a disgusting interaction. I hope that management addresses this issue and trains their employees better than this.

The gentleman who helped me was so sweet! And the pizza was delicious! I also got the garlic knots which were perfectly cooked and the perfect amount of garlic. Will definitely be my go to spot in the Poughkeepsie Galleria!

The cashier was very rude to the other younger employees
First they lost the on line order. Which there was no compensation for there mistake. Making my family and I wait. Probably the worst pizza I ever had. Cheap cheese. Sorry gave it a shot. I lost !!!!

Visiting NY for the first time in years, I took the grandkids to the mall to go to Bounce.
We stopped at this pizza place because it advertised itself as NY pizza, which I hadn't had for a long time.
Delicious! The girl who worked the counter was friendly and fast, the slices were hot and just like I remembered from my youth in Brooklyn.
My granddaughter, who lives with me in North Dakota, almost swooned when she took her first bite. That was exactly the reaction I was hoping for and it gave me a little thrill that I could show her that mid west pizza is not the same as the real deal from NY.
Prices were good for a mall, plenty of seating, good service, what else can you ask for?
