This place is a disgrace. Can't make smoothies to save their life. Their liquidy. A smoothie isn't a juice. I order a keto berry champ and this place never seems to get it right. I've ordered the same thing at different locations and it's way better. I want a manager to reach out to me asap. I want a free keto berry champ. This is the 3rd time I'm let down here. I will not tolerate paying 10 bucks for a smoothie to not come correct. On top of it I'm waiting 5 min for them to say pull up and then the person behind me gets theirs before me. I had to go inside to retrieve it. I want it handed to me out the window or I would've ordered inside to begin with.

First time trying smoothie king. I must have looked lost because a nice employee, Sophia P guided me through the menu and helped me choose a delicious Greek yogurt strawberry blueberry smoothie. I ordered a medium not realizing it's 30oz and almost $10. Either way, it's delicious and healthy.

I stopped by Smoothie King for a break recently. They offer a good variety of healthy smoothies including fruit blends, vegan, energy and immune boosts. I ordered a small Immune Mixed Berry smoothie ($5.40 plus tax) which was made to order quickly and had a blend of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, almond milk, pear juice blend, apple blueberry juice blend. This smoothie was sweet and refreshing especially on a humid day outside. They also do mobile orders and offer DoorDash delivery. The smoothies are made ahead of time for those orders and kept cool in a glass cooler until the customer or Dasher comes in to pickup.

The workers at this location are very cold and not welcoming. Big turn off.If you have the time go to the Wappingers location much better service and polite staff.

Smoothies are always delicious! Last time we were here they forgot the peanut butter in my partners smoothie, no issue they made a new one. Staff are always friendly and it's always been pretty quick! Would recommend this location for sure :)

My first visit here was very positive. I went through the drive through 30 minutes before closing and was greeted warmly. The menu is extensive so it took me a few moments to choose my smoothie but the person who spoke to me was very patient and said to ask if I had any questions. At the window, I was again greeted warmly with a smile from two different employees. And my smoothie was ready within 2 or 3 minutes of ordering!

This is the absolute worst place ever. The staff there is so very rude and unprofessional. We walked in and Andy and another scrawny female staff member were in the front and totally acted like no one had entered the store. Another staff member Naveah came from the back and offered to assist. I had to ask if they 2 other staff did not like or serve black people because of there total disregard when we walked in. I will never ever visit this location in Poughkeepsie next door to Jersey Mike again.
