Was in town and needed a smoothie from Smoothie King. Got my favorite yogurt d-lite cold brew + peanut butter & spinach delivered to the office. Got that Friday special 32oz, man was it D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S. Thank you for making our day, specially mine.

The person taking my order was so extremely rude. He cut me off at the order window constantly, and then had to clarify my entire order at the service window. I told him if he hadn’t cut me off he would’ve got it right the first time. He didn’t seem to like that as he cold shouldered me the rest of the time. Don’t care. The smoothies were mid anyway. Go to the one further south on Rte 9 by Crumbl, or the one in Wappingers. Better service, better smoothies.

OVERPRICED. $9 for a small smoothie is outrageous. Don’t ask for cinnamon because they’ll probably charge you by the granule.

Hi readers <3 To preface, my ratings above are not based solely on my visit from Monday 11/18. If so, I think there would be less stars. I usually opt for delivery due to anxiety but have been going in-store as modifications are sometimes ignored and cannot be compensated. I religiously order the Coco Colada bowl and for the past 3-4 visits, the cocoa nibs are missing. Usually I will just call later to mention this but I’ve been telling them in person. The guy with the curly hair seems a bit annoyed at this now and I’m not sure why. It’s on the receipt order and a reoccurring thing. He also said my full name and something about the BOGO refresher deal to someone via headset. It wasn’t to the girl because she was making my bowl but he seemed overall annoyed and again, I don’t get why.
Anyways. Yesterday would indeed be the deterrent if the other location wasn’t closer to the mall. I like my açaí bowls and this was my new go-to place for them aside from Rush Bowls on South Rd. I’ve attached various photos of them because again, I love the bowls but this energy is a bit… I don’t know. It makes me want to go back to third party delivery apps and the risk of a wrong order.

Today is September 20th it is 7:36pm My son and I entered the building No one said hello Went to the register I got a what can I get you The whole time the girl was on her head set laughing and talking with someone I find this location to be absolutely unprofessional!!!! This will be my last time here!! And I will be letting people know. Pay too much for your smoothies to get shitty service!!! HORRIBLE!!! I’d give no stars if I could

Very friendly and courteous service. clean environment, bright colorful atmosphere. allergy friendly and health conscious food environment. I got the coconut bowl, absolutely delicious! It does not have a heavy coconut taste. It has a very thick and creamy coconut base with sweet strawberries and blueberries that taste like real fruit should taste!

Went through the drive through and it sounded like that I was bothering the employees. Neither one sounded happy at all. I was given my order and receipt and the window was shut. Not have a nice day. It was like that I was a bother and didn't want my service. It will be a long while if I go back
