Had dinner with two close friends. Extremely strong culinary expertise coming out of the kitchen. That was very obvious to me. Had a grilled Caesar salad wedge cut which was absolutely fantastic and unique. Max was our server. Absolutely phenomenal. Spettro had great relaxing vibes on a Sunday afternoon for lunchtime. It also had a mixed crowd of different age groups that's why it looked more like a neighborhood favorite.
We ordered Bianca pizza and Panelle for the main course. The pizza was good just a little extra ricotta but if you remove a little bit of that it is great.
The panelle was interesting but missed little sauces in it. It was a bit dry.

After apple picking we grabbed some lunch here at Spettro. The food was great! From the apps to the burgers to the nice twist on the Pep and Pep pizza. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The venue is super clean and modern inside. You can tell they took a lot of care in the design.
