I went there 3 times in in a week and 2 times they messed up my order completely. And I had to wait over 20 minutes in the line to get my drink. Horrible service.

Absolute worst wait times. I’ve waited in this line for upwards of 20-30 minutes sometimes, only because the drive thru doesn’t allow you to pull away. Absolutely ridiculous.

I usually do not have any issues with the service and staff at this Starbucks location, but today (11/22/25) was horrendous. I’ve never seen the place so unorganized. I placed an order on the app and walked into the store when the app said it was ready. It was not ready. I understand that it was busy, but there were so many employees and yet the service was so inefficient. I waited over 20 minutes (after my order was “ready”) only to find that some of my drinks were made but not placed on the pick up shelf. Everything was scattered about. I lost money on a drink that they did not have available that was orderable on the app. Finally, I asked nicely for a singular cake pop that was missing from my order and the nastiest barista named S-T-A-C-Y (she spelled it for me) was extremely rude and unhelpful. A kind, young male barista was very lovely and completed my order. He saw that I was in a terrible hurry at this point. She screamed at me to go to the front of the store because she was too busy making 4 drinks. There was a line of people at the front of the store and I had a train to catch. I hope that Stacy finds a less stressful job that she is more suited for. This is not the job for her. Absolutely abrasive and ill-mannered. I will be sure corporate is aware of her poor customer service.

The service was great the casher at the drive through was very nice. I order a grande peppermint mocha hot when i got my drink i opened it and notice it wasnt even close to being full even with the whip cream. I est the whip cream and was left with a cup a little more than 1/2 full. I payed 7$ and get a half cup of drink.

Such a terrible experience and just to get Iced coffee??? The ladies who work there had a very nasty attitude just because I wanted extra caramel... Never asked me what size I wanted and got annoyed when I chose the size. In addition, they yelled at me to go around the entire drive thru just to give me a cake pop they missed in my order. It is already a hazard to drive their extremely narrow drive thru to get mistreated once again by those nasty workers. Would NOT give them ANY stars if possible. DO NOT GO THERE!

I get it if someone has a bad day and is rude or standoffish even in the service industry (we’re all human and are allowed to be imperfect). But it’s been a handful of occasions (over the last couple months) where the behaviors and mannerisms here made it clear I was inconveniencing/ annoying them. It’s become uncomfortable. I came here weekly to get drinks for myself and a coworker but after my last visit we both agreed it’s not worth it. I hit 3 spots picking up the office orders and this makes it easier by narrowing the breakfast runs down to 2. As a bonus the other 2 are consistently friendly, so there are more businesses out there to buy from.
Absolutely the worst customer service .. asked whyb8 was waiting so long when people were coming in and out .. the girls reasons it was called no it wasn't I was standing there and then she continues with an attitude saying she didn't know she was doing both .. great way to act in front of my child young lady
