Staff had trouble prioritizing tasks. Taking money from customers should be more important than refilling ice coffee cups when there was no line. One person was filling beverage orders while 2-3 people were walking back and forth behind the counter, ignoring me while I was waiting to buy stuff from the grab n go coolers. Going to a different Starbucks to use up the balance on my card, then adios, Starbucks!

Caters only to online orders. Takes 25 minutes to get a drink even when on way to work in uniform staff couldn’t care less or even act as if you’re a priority. No wonder Starbucks is closing locations and Dunkin is flourishing. Dunkin actually serves customers who show up to a physical line instead of just the ones who place an app order from their home 25 minutes ahead. Bad service first thing in the morning sets the tone for people’s work day.

I haven't been inside a Starbucks in a while. I've bought Starbucks bag coffee online for years to make at home. I've now been at Starbucks 2x in the last month. Once on rt 9 Poughkeepsie and once on Dutchess Tuenpike. Both times I was the only person in line and both times I had to wait at least 20 min for an Americano. Just espresso and water. Never again.

Stopped in here tonight before a bit of a drive home after meeting a friend. We had three kids who were a little rambunctious and the two girls inside couldn’t have been sweeter. They were super kind and accommodating. When we were looking for something specific they were really knowledgeable. As a business owner, I can say that people who go above and beyond are hard to find. Kudos.

Been here for 15 minutes the woman working here are talking to people having full blown conversations instead of making drinks. If you want fast service do not come here never waited longer in my whole life for one singular drink. Go to a different starbucks.

I’ve ordered hundreds of items here and never had an issue with an order after it was made until this morning when a drink I requested to be extra hot was cold, which I discovered after I arrived at work. The supervisor said since I’ve had issues in the past (referencing a total of maybe 5 times when my mobile order wasn’t ready or even started on time and I could not wait), she disingenuously said “we don’t think we can ever make a drink to your satisfaction, so there is nothing else we can do”. Most of the employees who work here are nice, but that kind of passive aggressive statement (that is likely racially motivated and xenophobic [she pronounced my name wrong repeatedly]) is really disappointing and they lost a regular customer.

I frequent this Starbucks location weekly! I love and adore the staff as a former barista myself. They are usually the highlight to my morning when I stop in! However today that was not the case and if the experience repeats itself I won’t return to this location as there are other locations closer to me that I go past just to experience the atmosphere of this location. I came in today and was merely greeted by Jenn (who I believe is the manager) for the first time. I’ve seen her on the counter, but not as a greeter and I just have to say I think I know why. She couldn’t even crack a smile, doesn’t greet you with a kind, warm hello, and doesn’t even seem to enjoy working with customers. I gave her my order and the entire time she blankly stared at me and I could tell she was annoyed/agitated but couldn’t tell if it was bc of me or how her morning was going. She also bluntly cut me off at the tail end of my order and sternly said “your name..”. With the same annoyed stare as if she was bothered to take my order or I was taking up too much of her time. I waited patiently in the corner for my order as I always do and when my food was ready rather than politely calling my name she nodded at me with the same displeased look and tossed my food on the counter and walked away. I also couldn’t help but notice the tip jars aside from a few spare coins were completely empty and this was after 9 am. I spent several years working as a barista so I go out of my way to be patient, understanding and to tip well because I know what it takes to provide good service and a quality experience and this location usually is above and beyond my wildest standards. However, my heart was broken this morning by this experience and I’m really hoping it doesn’t continue and force me to go else where…

Walked in and when I tell you every single person working said hello almost in sync, talk about service with a smile. I have a Starbucks closer to me but this is definitely the location to feel appreciated and welcomed. Thank you everyone for making my day!!!!! Also blue hair yasssssss!!!!!!
