The store atmosphere is always very inclusive and cheerful:)) And today the service is TOP!!! I got up too early and order the wrong lavender drink without realizing it. When I got the drink I was a bit confused, so I asked the barista and soon realized it’s my silly mistake😅The barista immediately asked me if I need a redo, I thanked the generosity but said it’s okay. Still ten minute after I sat down, the same barista brought me the right one I wanted and gave me a knowing smile!!! Hands down my best Starbucks experience ever!!!😍

This is specifically for the store manager “Cuc Nguyen”. Came to this store on a Monday afternoon and ordered their spring boost special, brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. Received it fairly quickly and upon receiving it and trying a sip of it, there was no brown sugar as mentioned on the menu. I thought i was mistaken but when i went up to tell them, the gentleman named “Dyosa” was too busy making other drinks that i had to stand for over 10 minutes just to get his attention, he immediately started making a new drink without even saying anything because he clearly saw there was no brown sugar in it. I’m glad their mistake was taken cared of right away but what i didn’t like was standing there for over 10 minutes just to get something that should have been taken cared of in the first place if they were focused on making quality drinks. Customer satisfaction should be their first priority and should be right away without having to wait over 10minutes for something that i already ordered before other customers. Bad service wouldn’t come back here again!!

This place is full of coffee bartenders amazing concoctions of coffee and some other drinks. The food and drink change seasonally. It can be busy durning peak times, the pay for line moves fast drink others are q-line style first come first serve but harmoniously placed alphabetically.

Disappointed they didn't have the coffee beans I came in for. The Cafe Verona beans are my favorite and I always come in for a bag so I can grind them myself each day.
