This place is full of coffee bartenders amazing concoctions of coffee and some other drinks. The food and drink change seasonally. It can be busy durning peak times, the pay for line moves fast drink others are q-line style first come first serve but harmoniously placed alphabetically.

Disappointed they didn't have the coffee beans I came in for. The Cafe Verona beans are my favorite and I always come in for a bag so I can grind them myself each day.
Love this location, they are always quick and friendly. They move quickly even with a line, and are always kind. Every time I go, I have a great experience. 10/10
I don’t know why this store doesn’t fix their logistics nightmare. 3 pm on a Monday and they are out of Apple syrup. If it’s fall and you know people are coming in for fall drinks, STOCK UP on the apple syrup. This is the 3rd time in a month I had the same issue and when I said it to the barista she got so defensive. I have tried skipping this store because they are always out of stock with something but ever time I come here, they can’t really make a drink because something or other is out. You just lost my business again and this might be the 4th time I left without getting anything. The one time I show up for one drink has to stop because even complaining over and over has my fixed anything. Yet the barista tells me they do care about the customers. Sigh

We are a long time customer of this store and we noticed how it went down the the hill in the last few months. So I was in the store at 2:30 PM and oat milk was already out of stock. So I said to make my iced drink with regular milk. After waiting 25 minutes or more, I get a hot drink. I asked the girl at the register to replace it and I told her that I already waited 25 mins …. so if she can make it quick. She says to me to we were busy and that’s why it tookSo long. But basically the people that came 15 minutes after me got their drinks and had left but essentially they were busy and then the attitude instead of apology. I don’t know why all the Starbucks stores hires more people and train their employees. On a weekday at 3 PM it should not take 25 minutes to make a simple drink. We avoid this store for the most part now unless we really need the coffee. It’s kind of sad how the stores has been doing so bad when it comes to customer service and making good drinks. The same Starbucks drink tastes different in every store and you can never guess which drink would come out ….super delicious or the worst ever. You just have to order, keep your fingers crossed, hope and pray that it’s good.

I have been to many SBX locations around the world and although this is my "goto SBX" near me, I can vouch for the fact that this is one of the best. They always get my drink right! There are peak times and even then the wait is never more than other busy SBXs. Always smiling, ready to change any drink if ordered in error and super nice, hardworking baristas. Not sure about the other bad reviews...does not match my experience at all...been going here for the last 5 years or so...

This is absolutely the worst Starbucks in this area no matter how long ahead of time I order I'm constantly waiting around for my food or drinks. Truly I'm not sure what takes the staff so long at this location it's really unacceptable
