Horrible atmosphere there rude and they talk bad about you in there own language argued with two kids of the same ethnicity accusing them of being related and not accepting there coupons for that reason

Absolutely ridiculous!!! The place was clean and organized, however I was told that I wasn’t allowed to have mayonnaise on the bread, and that it had to be on the meat. And I asked nicely and was still refused. Never heard of this in my life. It’s freaking subway !!!
The coupon situation with this store is crazy. Came in to use two coupons, I was told very quickly that I couldn't use both for one transaction, which I could understand. I proceeded to say I'm doing two separate transactions with two different payment methods and the cashier (rudely)refused to take the order. I was confused, since when can't you use two different coupons on two separate orders? To the owner, so your willing to lose out on revenue over coupons? As I was asking since when can't you do two separate transactions, she continued to tell me I was one person, so anyway it goes she wasn't accepting them. The coupon itself says "one use" Owner, where does it say you can't do separate transactions per person? Another employee came out and took my order, and I also had to have my son come in from the car to get his order since I was unable to do two separate transactions. I also know it depends on who's working as well, I've come into this store and used two coupons with one order on multiple occasions and never had any issues. Owner review those tapes and have an in-service on customer service please. From a valued customer.

I walked in with my husband a gentleman walked in after us we offered him a coupon from our flyer and they refused to accept our coupons and fought with us about how we can’t use the coupons that was sent to us in the mail. Then when asked for the manger they refused to get the manager as well closed the cases for the food and stood there and argued. We will NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GO AND I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW

I don’t eat bread. I’ve been there three times and I always ask for a rap and they say they don’t have wraps. They have pita bread they do false advertisement they don’t understand English very horrible customer service never go there again.

Not gonna lie; I've enjoyed Subway tuna, despite recent controversy, since the early 1990s. Though swiss cheese is inexplicably no longer an option (American or pepper jack works in its stead), I like a tuna on wheat w/ spinach, tomato, olives (or onions or yellow peppers) & a sprinkling of black pepper.

I bought a foot long Steak n' Cheese, and on the one half, you can see in the picture that it looks like a big toenail. I honestly don't know what it was...it was hard as hell, and I almost puked after I ate the first half, only to find this foreign object that had no business being in my food. I called them and complained, and only requested a refund....but was unable to get one. I was told I'd have to talk to a manager in the morning. Very poor management and I'm curious how they're most recent inspection went?.?
