I’ve ordered twice through the app. The first time, my order was mysteriously picked up by someone else?! So I had to wait while my sandwiches were remade. The second time, one of the 12” was only a 6”. It’s BOGO 12” for 1/2 price if you order on the app. I didn’t realize we got a 6” until I got home, so we had to go back for the other half of the sandwich. Clearly, this location is unable to effectively handle app orders.

I come here often and found today was different the place was sparkly super clean and the amazing women behind the counter was so friendly and engaging. 5 star service. tuna sandwich was perfect. Here it is a week later and again the service was amazing. This time I couldn’t help but ask the women her name because her service is amazing. Tina is her name and today she was with another young lady that was also very nice. Go Tina

They didn’t have fresh lettuce , tomatoes and cucumbers. I told the person who makes the sandwich that the lettuce looks so bad and she said sorry we are out of supplies. Very bad !!!

Refused to take the subway coupon. I live locally so why promote coupons you don't accept? Sandwiches were made and they rather waste the food than accept their coupon.
