Accepted my online order. Took money from my account. When I went to pick it up they said they cancelled it and didn’t accept promotion from app. Still charged me and took my money, just didn’t give me any food. Refused a refund. When I asked the lady was incredibly rude. Showed me her pockets and said “do you see money? I don’t have your money”. So, they wasted my time and stole 12$ from me.

Don't accept there own coupons

They cancelled my order because they don’t accept coupons BOGOF. Poor customer service. The person who I presume was the manager acted like he didn’t want any customers and basically turned us away. The place was empty!! Will not be going back. When I check online all of the latest reviews are poor, it’s no wonder if that’s how paying customers are treated.

Horrible service, I ordered delivery through the app and it said it was delivered but my food wasn’t at my door, or any of my neighbors. Then they refused me a refund of my money back and said the only way I could get a redelivery was if I paid for it again. Place is making such little money that they have to take others, what a shame.

The food and service was good.But the only Problem is that NONE of the SUBWAYS in Dutchess County NY take the SUBWAY Coupons. I think thats Totally Wrong on their part, cause whats the sense of getting their Coupons in the mail if you can't use them.

I have worked here before and the manager was really rude to me by berating on how I do my job, I DID IT WITH THE BEST OF MY ABILITIES, they didn’t even train me right. I would not recommend applying to this job, but it’s your choice not mine

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!I’ll start with the customers service is no where welcoming,the lady seems to not want to be there, no eye contact, taking my order and others who’s on line with an attitude.I’m really disappointed so far!And let me not talking about how they’re stingy with the meatAnd earlier today I came in with a coupon and that’s when they said they don’t accept national coupons??
