I usually enjoy going here. However this morning I was ordering and was inquiring about different menu items. There was no one in line behind me . The man asked me if I wanted something else and I said yes then I added something else and this man Erik abruptly took over and with attitude asked if that was it. I pulled to next window paid and left. Next time I’ll order online or go elsewhere. No time for attitude .

The Poughkeepsie Route 9 Taco Bell is fast!!! You want your food fast? Your in a rush?? Best Taco Bell by FAR!!!!! There was a 5 car line at 730pm and I was paying for my food on drive thru Sunday receiving it within 5 minutes! They are polite and super efficient!!
Kid-friendliness: The employees are mostly kids working to pay for their car insurance or buying clothes for school! The world should hire the younger generation to work fast food! This team is amazing!!

What a horrible and racially hostile experience I had tonight at this Taco bell. It's not the first time either. That cold inhumane experience that often gets displayed when a person cares nothing about the humanity of another human being. I know that cold attitude all too well. I will be reporting what I experienced as far as I possibly can. Although I understand that most likely a company that fosters such a racially hostile environment will not punish or correct their employees. The employees attitudes are often a reflection of the management and so on. This was all over a simple request that was turned into an employee's opportunity to display racial hostility. Whether an employee denies a request or approves it is not up to me, but the way they answer should display mutual respect regardless of the answer. This was horrible given the circumstances. I will absolutely give more details when I speak to higher management.
