Made an order over the phone with the rep. Came to pick it up within 20min and they were closed an hour before their scheduled time.

One and done: Our first and only trip there. Food was good, but didn't get a choice of naan or dessert (as it said on menu). Then bill was not itemized and was too high. Waiter heard us discussing bill and came back with an itemized bill. Never had this happen in decades of restaurant going. Crooks.

I love Indian food and hole-in-the-wall spots. I wish Americans ate more Indian food so it pains me to give a negative review, but this food was awful. The lamb in my Rogan Josh was basically undercooked gristle, sauce was a good color but tasted of nothing but an inordinate amount of salt. I think they had not washed the cilantro on the garlic naan as it left a gritty, sandy texture in my mouth. Samosa was OK, and generous portion of rice, though. Service for pickup order was good and it was cheap. Finished my plate as I needed to eat something but threw out the rest and would not go back.

Should have checked Yelp. A barely touched lamb birani and goat with spinach now sits in out trash. Even the gulab jamun was inedible.

Where to begin, first of all my bf called to put an order in only to be hung up on mid-way through ordering. We were not sure if it went through considering we didn't finish ordering so we opted for grubhub pick up. We picked up our food only to find out that we got garlic Naan instead of cheese Naan. Then we get a call saying that our food was ready even though he hung up on my bf when he wasn't done ordering. We weren't gonna pay for more food so we explained that we called but got hung up on and he was so rude about it blaming us when we again DID NOT EVEN FINISH PUTTING OUR ORDER IN. Overall the experienced sucked the food is usually good but way overpriced for the portions and the service is terrible. I have seen other reviews saying that they have been hung up on alot so it's not just us.

I ordered $58 dollars worth of food this afternoon and I decided to go with a smaller, local place, in order to support the community. I could have gone to the nicer looking restaurant a few miles away but I gave this place a chance despite all the negative reviews. Well, there will be no second chance at this place for me. 1) The food was poorly packaged. They put everything except the rice into little plastic soup containers, so the heat caused the container to puff up and basically POP open and spill. 2) I ordered 4 containers of mulligatawny soup, What I got was some strange, thin, watery soup, that had whole peas, sliced lemons and little hard bits of this & that in it. I was picking this debris out of my mouth for an hour afterwards. Basically the soup tasted more like lemon water. I guess that was their way of hiding the taste of whatever that soup was really made with because it sure wasn't lentils. Indian food and Asian food is my absolute favorite and I've eaten Mulligatawny soup from 18 different states and 5 countries, so I know what Mulligatawny soup is supposed to taste like. 3) I ordered Lamb curry and instead they gave us goat meat. A few pieces floating around in a pool of juice and curry gravy. The Garlic naan bread was herbed and nice. The chicken tikki masala was just okay. And with all the gravy they gave us instead of meat, they could have been a little generous with the rice, which was about 4 spoons of rice in an aluminum takeout container.Don't go to this place. It will make people who are new to Indian cuisine think that this is how Indian food is supposed to taste. Go the extra mile (literally), and drive someplace with better quality food, better service and a more accurate Indian menu.

We tried this restaurant because, for some reason, it's suddenly impossible to find masala dosa anywhere, and this place has it. I like to give places a chance. I've also eaten Indian food my whole life and never had horrible Indian food, no matter how whole-in-the-wall a place is. This place is a hole-in-the-wall, and not in the prettiest of neighborhoods, but some of the best food comes from such places. Not from this one, though. Sadly, the masala dosa (a supposedly paper-thin rolled crispy lentil pancake filled with curried potatoes was the furthest away from that dish that one could imagine. The pancake was thick, doughy, and greasy; the filling mushy, bland and sparse. The other food we ordered was bizarre, bland, and swimming in grease. I'm never seen anything like it. I don't understand-- how hard is it to cook authentic recipes. If a restaurant has bad reviews, why not hire an experienced chef to teach them how to make these dishes? There doesn't seem to be any desire on this restaurant's part to make changes. I was left utterly confused. How has this place even stayed opened?

This restaurant atmosphere is very simple and down to earth, but the quality of the food is outstanding. Prices are also wallet friendly.

Greasy poppadoms! Underdone naan - it tasted like flour. Shockingly salty, barely tolerable dishes. Soggy rice.Only Indian restaurant in delivery distance, so no more Indian delivery for me. Deeply disappointed. Wish we minded the other reviews.

I wish I had looked up the reviews ahead of time. First let me start off by saying I never go out my way to write reviews, not even good reviews. But my experience here was horrific. I ordered food to go. I have had Indian food in the past and enjoyed the flavors, the food tasted delicious actually. However, as I ate this food I became immensely sick with vomiting and diarrhea! I feel afraid to eat out anywhere now. I cannot imagine what the quality of the food is or what the handling of the food is like to get me this sick. I was sick for two days! DO NOT EAT HERE!

If I could give negative stars I would! Ordered a $90 dollar meal. Two items wereMissing. Called, got hung up the first time. Called again and was told not his or the restaurant’s problem and hung up. No refund or anything. This place is a fraud and whoever owns/runs it is a cheat. BEWARE, save your money.

Quite good! I think they're mostly takeout, so don't expect standard restaurant service, but the owner was very kind and they served some very satisfying fare. I had the Chicken Motor, which was similar to Tika Masala, but with the addition of peas. Yummy! My wife had the veggie Masada which was very tasty, though the carrots appeared to be factory cut. My son had fried shrimp in a mild curry. Also tasty. The samosas were excellent and served with two chutneys. One sweet, one spicy cilantro. The naan basket was FABULOUS.I'd definitely return!

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered from them, my items were missing. The first person who picked up didn't understand english and while I was talking hung up on me. I called a second time and spoke in hindi/urdu, and he gave the phone to an elderly man. He was rude, arrogant, and had the worst customer service skills. I told him some items areMissing, he stated " not my problem, that is your problem." Then he hung up on me. They are cheats and frauds. I would never order from here again. My order was 90bucks and I did not get two of my items and he hung up on me with no refund etc. BEWARE!!
