I had an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse, and I have to give all the credit to Desiree! From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and fast. She made sure we had everything we needed, constantly checked in without being overbearing, and—most importantly—always asked if we wanted more bread (which, let’s be honest, is the best part!).
Desiree’s energy and professionalism made our meal so much more enjoyable. She handled everything effortlessly, and it was clear she truly cares about providing great service. Honestly, if I could, I would request her every single time I visit!
Management, take note—Desiree deserves a raise! Or at the very least, she should be given a big section because she is more than capable of handling it. Employees like her make a restaurant stand out, and I’ll definitely be back, hoping to be seated in her section again!
