My family and I recently decided to go to TGI Fridays in Poughkeepsie/ At 5:00 p.m. My husband wanted to go to TGI Fridays because he had a wonderful experience in the city. He Thought it was going to be the same here. The place was almost empty except for 2 more families. We were taken to be seated near the kitchen area. The waitress took our drink orders and promptly delivered them. My husband tried to order 2 different types of his favorite alcoholic drinks; however, they did not have the ingredients to make the drinks. As a result, he had to order a drink that he did not really enjoy. Then, she took our orders, and then we waited. We waited. We waited. The food didn't justify the wait. 3 of the orders were made quickly. However, my daughter's order, and my order did not come on time. I had to watch my husband and kids eat their dinner. When our food finally arrived, my salmon tasted like burnt salmon. My daughter's salmon was overcooked as well. Her rice had no flavor. Her salmon tasted like very overcooked salmon (burnt salmon) as well. The only person that like their food was my husband. He had some type of pasta with shrimp. My youngest son kids' meal was overcooked chicken strips. He said the chicken was very hard to eat. The place looks very nice inside. However, their bathrooms were not flushing. Their toilets were dirty. Which is a big turnout for me. The only reason why I am giving this place some points is because the waiter was very nice. We go out to eat as a family of 5 very often. We had tried many different restaurants around the area. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the food quality. We will not come back again. My husband was very disappointed with the beverages as well.

The food, service and my waitress were amazing. It was a good atmosphere and the food was so good.
I never really write reviews, but I ended up with the worst food poisoning I could imagine after eating here last night. Felt very bad for our waitress as well who had 5 tables and was hosting with seemingly no extra help. She was great given the circumstances, but our food was not. It tasted severely undercooked and left me sick and throwing up all night into the next day. Do not recommend at all!!!

Me and my husband decided to grab some lunch after shopping. We were greeted by Chrissy. She also was the waitress that took care of us. We weren’t too hungry, so we just got the fridays combo and snacked on that Together. We come here every so often and I do have to say That it never disappoints. They just came out with a new menu with new appetizers and entrées. Chrissy was great as well as she attended to everything we needed efficiently. 5/5 review from us :)

Had the Whiskey glaze Burger with fries and a Sam Summer with Chrissy at the bar. Great burger & great service. With tip it cost me $31 which I thought was kind of ridiculous but check out your bill at the grocery store and it all becomes relative.
