We were visiting the town (Vassar) and found this place, looked nice with lots of college students so we ordered coffees, pastries and sandwiches($45). While waiting to pick up our order my husband pointed me some mice droppings lying on the counter and more on the shelves where they display the brownies and cookies. The shelves/stand had a generous amount of it. I was in disbelief. We mentioned it to the manager who dismissed it saying it was actually seeds, clearly it wasn’t. Then my husband pointed all the locations he could spot the mice poop and the very same manager was very rude, dismissing it and clearly didn’t care doing anything about it saying that he would take a look at it later. We asked for a refund and tried to reason with him once again and he said he was very busy so we left to never go back again. Terrible customer service, deplorable sanitary conditions. Thankfully we found another place a couple minutes from there and could have some decent coffee.

This is my go to coffee spot when I visit Vassar. I normally order a black coffee with a sweet pastry. Pastries have been good and can't complain about the coffee. There is a decent amount of seating and you can stay and do some work if you don't mind the noise. It can sometimes get quite loud with rowdy groups of students, but for the most part it's just regular chatter. I can't speak on the service of the place since it's mostly just grab and go. However, the people working the counter are courteous.

I used to order Latte there and it was good. They always asked if I need sugar. This time I saw pumpkin spice coffee and ordered it. I thought it's just flavored ground coffee, but it was syrup addition. The taste was awful, too sweet. Nobody warned me that it's just a super sugary drink. I had to leave that nasty drink and left the place. Not coming back.

I came to this small, cramped coffee shop to grab some food. I got their sausage bagel and an iced coffee before heading out and down to the train station.
Clean and airy, this cafe can brew a mean cup of coffee! I went here for a casual meeting on Friday. My iced coffee was awesome. I highly recommend this place if you have a passion for crafted, quality beverages. I look forward to returning. Additionally, the staff was pleasant, the prices weren't too extravagant, and everything was clean.

The cruffin was delightful. Coffee was quick to be served and even faster to raise the bar of energy which was low. The interior is long and space generous for a group or individual seating. Bathrooms were clean, accessible and ready for use. Loved the volume of the music; loud enough to be heard, enjoyed and remembered, but not enough to rush the patron to the door.

Very poor customer service!!! I called twice and they put me on hold for ten minutes and didn’t come back to the phone. When I got there on 8/3/24, the person who served me wouldn’t even bag my item and just handed it to me. He was noticeably pleasant with and apologetic others and dismissive with me. I don’t know if it was a race thing, but still very poor customer service!!
