From keeping up with regular but not overbearing meetings for planning to the actual execution on the day of our wedding, they were great throughout! From load-in to the final song of the night, communication is always clear and efficient, which makes a huge difference behind the scenes. The space itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for weddings—and like the name states, the view is absolutely unmatched! The food is always incredible from the cocktail hour stations to the delicious entrees and their legendary Viennese dessert spreads, they don't miss!

They are awesome! The crew did a fantastic job. From the sales rep to wait staff, bartenders, etc. They are efficient, know what they are doing, and have it down to a T. We had a few hiccups, and they handled them as well as they could. I have received many complaints about the venue from our guests, and they keep coming in. Some more than once. Our day turned out beautifully, and we couldn’t ask for anything more. They definitely made it a memorable day.

The people there make you feel like family, and we were always met with friendliness and kindness. Now to the real star of the show: the venue itself. The venue simply can't be beat. The views are beyond breathtaking, and the indoor ballroom flows so beautifully from cocktail hour to reception. We loved how many unique and desirable things are included in the package, from the champagne welcome wall, to candles, to amazing (and huge) selection for cocktail hour, to wine bottles on every dinner table -- plus so many more. The cocktail hour is showstopping, but the dinner is equally delicious and memorable. To top it off, the cake is delicious! We’re still getting compliments from guests months later, and our memories of such a beautiful day will last forever. We couldn't have been any happier with our choice to celebrate our special day at The Grandview.

We booked The Grandview’s Tent Ballroom a little over a year and a half before our wedding, and we fell in love with it immediately after touring. The views of the Hudson are incredible, and their wedding package really allows you to customize your day exactly the way you want. I loved being able to spend the entire day on-site, using the wedding cottage all morning with my wedding party, which made everything feel relaxed and convenient.
Communication with Abby and Emily was seamless and so helpful, both through email and during our planning meetings. The Grandview’s tasting events were well worth the cost. We attended multiple tastings because we enjoyed them so much, and we were already full by the time cocktail hour was over. My only minor complaint was that there was a lot of overlap in the tasting menus, but even the food we selected for our wedding day that we didn’t get to try beforehand was delicious.
The drop-off and pick-up process for our décor items, cake, and even our cocktail hour leftovers was handled perfectly. Everything was packed up for us the next day, which made the entire process so easy and stress-free.
Our wedding day ran so smoothly from start to finish. Every member of the wedding staff was professional, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire day. We truly could not have picked a better venue. We are still receiving compliments about how stunning the Tent Ballroom was and how much our guests loved the space.

After photos, two attendants assigned to me dropped to their hands and knees to clean dirt from my dress—and later did the same to fix my bustle when it broke. I never asked for them to do that; they simply took care of it.
