Beautiful hotel and restaurant!! The food concepts sound great. I ordered the brussel sprout bravas - they were ok, just salty with no other flavor. I also ordered the green goddess salad with chicken. Salad itself was good. It’s not worth the price. The chicken was undercooked. I had a bad stomach ache the next day. The service was super great! The drink I had was delicious! I’d skip those two items on the menu though. Maybe I’ll try the bucatini next.
The Salt Line, tucked away at the Heartwood hotel, has an elegant atmosphere without feeling stuffy. Their promise of locally sourced ingredients shows up in each and every dish.\n\nI was blown away by the food. These are the kinds of dishes you go out for - complex, creative, and delicious.
