I was following Ashley on Instagram for awhile and my birthday was coming up and I really wanted a carrot cake! Finding good vegan cake around here isn’t super easy. The cake was amazing and kept well for several days. It was so nice to finally have carrot cake after years of not having it! Thanks so much, will definitely be a repeat customer!
