Always provide the best customer experience of any fast food restaurant. The people who help me really make me feel welcome. I always complain about the competition because they always forget something key. Like asking for diet and driving away and its regular coke. Ketchup for fries, nope. This store in particular never mess up on the order so thanks for that. That alone makes it my favorite place to grab a burger by far.

This was one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’m giving this Wendy’s 1 star because we couldn’t even get service. When we walked in, not a single employee acknowledged us, said hello, or asked if we were ready to order. We waited, and waited, and waited — and meanwhile, every worker seemed focused only on the drive-through window. They were rushing back and forth to take care of cars outside while completely ignoring the people standing right in front of them inside the restaurant.
It wasn’t busy in the dining area at all, so there was no reason we should have been overlooked like that. We stood there long enough that it became clear no one had any intention of helping us. After being totally blown off and left standing with no service, we finally just walked out and went somewhere else. It shouldn’t be that hard to greet customers or at least let them know someone will be right with them.
I don’t expect five-star treatment from a fast-food place, but I do expect basic customer service. This location really needs to balance their drive-through and inside orders better. Extremely disappointing visit.

Went through the drive thru today and asked for the 8 jbc meal and even made a dollar donation. After paying for my 10 dollar oder the manager said that she never took my order after I paid in full.also tried to give me a wrong drink and than tried to give me that drink for free cmon Wendy's stop the hate and than she said sorry for the confusion even though she apologized it wasn't her who took my order it was another employee with an accent(female) ;(( be very careful and most imp BEWARE!!!

Wendy's has gone so down hill. Everything tastes fake and nasty. The people that work here are nice but bring back the old school Wendy's. Where's the yellow at?

It's Wendy's. Inside was redone not long ago, and they just had the parking lot redone. Food is accurate, and they are friendly enough with me.

Ordered online, we went at the drive thru waited abt 3-4 mins n nobody answered. So we decided to see if anyone is at the window. However there is somebody at the window and TOLD US TO LEAVE because they are not open yet(is 7am in the morning).

There was a bug in my salad and a bunch of black wilted lettuce. When I called to let them know about it they wouldn't even give me a refund. I have to jump through hoops to get a refund for a salad that was inedible and had to be thrown away!

Amazing service. Speed was on point. The person who took my order was so nice and gave me time to think what I wanted to eat. She deserves a raise. Very clean. I would recommend. 10/10 stars. All the lady’s there keep up the good work. Amazing transformation since the last time. I’m happy to see everyone working as a team
