Oh, I'd been walking, driving, & jogging by this place for years, but on a whim I finally stepped inside on this Labor Day 2024. I was delighted to have tacos de lengua (beef tongue) even though they weren't the most perfectly seared & seasoned specimens I've had in Poughkeepsie. The shallots, onions, cilantro, & salsa rounded out the flavor experience. I should've gotten a Mexican Pepsi instead of an intense energy drink, but I don't mind trying rare beverages from across our borders!
