If I were to provide a lesser rating, I would consider this the most unsatisfactory service I have ever experienced at this establishment. I requested two medium-hot matcha lattes, and unfortunately, they tasted primarily of milk. I apologize, but if the staff member named Kedeisa is not feeling well or does not enjoy fulfilling orders, I kindly request that they refrain from doing so.

This was horrible service! Waiting in this drive-thru took over 30 minutes! No Joke!! We later had to turn back around and look for wipes inside the gas station. To a surprise, the Dunkin didn’t seem understaffed. No one inside, and just the drive-thru to worry about. Extremely weird.

Stood in line with people behind me and all 3 employees ignored us to do drive thru orders. Made eye contact with us but kept us waiting without saying a word for over 5 min. We all just walked out. Useless employees.

Consistently the slowest Dunkin' Donuts ever. Seems like they can't keep an employee more than two or three days. I only come here once a week and I am completely giving up . gas station coffee takes about three minutes. This Dunkin' Donuts can be 1015 minutes for just a single coffee and it doesn't matter if you go in and wait in line or wait in line in your car crazy
I ordered a bagel today and apparently they had none and didn’t have my mobile order right when I ordered it 5 mins prior sat in the drive through for a good twenty mins and screed up

Pretty blah Dunkin Donuts. I ordered a iced chai latte and when I received it it wasn’t stirred at all. Took a sip and it was sickening sweet. Never had that happen before at any Dunkin Donuts. Guess I should have looked before trying the iced latte
