The 2 male workers this morning were the most unfriendly and unwelcoming staff I have seen. Both looked so miserable and disheveled, mind you their shift literally just started. Worst part was, I was in the drive thru, two donuts were incorrect from my order therefore I had to go back inside to say something. advised the staff of the mishap, asked if the reason was because the donuts were out of stock. the worker simply said “no”, turned around, grabbed the correct donuts, and switched them out of my box…. Why were they wrong in the first place??? To waste my time? Carelessness I’m assuming. Not sure if they were reselling said switched out donuts but that’s definitely a safety hazard. No apology and literally no other words came out of his mouth. not trying to be nit picky but that situation could’ve been handled a lot better for guest retention … there’s a million other Dunkin’s in the area, drive the extra 2 miles and go somewhere else.

The girl working there tonite was the most rudest person I have ever dealt with at an establishment. Acted like I was bothering her, puss on her face, nasty, and just not friendly at all. We have attempted to go back to this Dunkin again after not going for a while and I can say I will never be back to this Dunkin again. I don't care what she has going on in her life she needs to put that aside when she's waiting on people.

I had to order through Door dash because I can't drive. I have placed 2 orders for Dunkin Midnight coffee and both times the coffee tastes like the regular coffee from the other locations. I don't know if the staff there are on drugs or if this is a standard practice here but they are not serving the coffee as it should be! I plan to contact corporate and file a formal complaint.

This Dunkin should not be in business.Terrible customer service at Dunkin'. There have been constant order mix-ups and incorrect charges. If you can, avoid this location at all costs.

Horrible service. The person who took my order sounded so depressed. I ordered a Frappuccino and a bacon snack and they gave me a cappuccino and hash browns. When I asked for at least my Frappuccino he proceeded to tell me we don't sell those and closed the drive through window in my face.

If you would like to be utterly disappointed, look no further!! I honestly don’t know why we’ve continued to tempt our fate here but this was the last time. First of all, your drive thru is easily a 15 minute long experience. The cashier can not do basic math, my food is cold, coffee is never how it’s ordered and we have to constantly remind the workers of what we ordered or else we’d drive off with half an order. I would say “do better” but I don’t plan on ever coming back.

This place has a wonderful history. It has sold undigestible and undeniably unhealthy "food" for almost 20 years. The dunkin brand has used all the best tactics in the big business playbook to wipe out all competing local business and keep employees working for a non living wages. If you support this establishment you surely do not have an ounce of respect for yourself and your community.PS - Be sure to check the dumpster out back around midnight for an endless supply of free "food". Almost half of the stores inventory is thrown away daily because it is more cost effective to destroy food than it is to feed it to those in need.

Dunkin' donuts on route 55 in Poughquag NY (Dutchess County) is by far the absolute worst Dunkin' donuts establishment I've ever been in. The staff is literally clueless and asleep at the wheel. I waited 20 minutes for a small cold brew black and two egg and cheese wake up wraps, all the while they were taking orders behind me serving them and they were out the door in 3 minutes or less. It wasn't until I lost my shit right in front of a store full of people had put my foot up the manager's ass that I got served my order 20 minutes later. Both young girls behind the counter will literally asleep on their feet. One of them I spoke to three times about my order and she still never put it in. The manager was also a nasty bitch that gave me a dirty look when when I reacted the way I did. The dumbass should train her help to be awake on a Sunday morning. 'nuff said.

They were horrible before the renovation now I have been there after the renovation twice and if possible they are worse. To say the service is slow is an understatement even on days that they are properly staffed. Most times they are working with a skeleton crew, often disheveled and always rude or indifferent. 2 weeks ago I waited for 3 PLAIN bagels for over 30 minutes. This morning I waited almost 15 min to even be acknowledged only to hear that the grills are down. Wow. 2 trips and the grills were down both times. No Sign up, nothing. I walked out this morning furious. Went to a DD a bit further and was in/out in less time than it took me to even be acknowledged at this place. I would give this DD no stars if possible but it wont let.

All of these employees are on drugs. Literally acting as if they just shot up heroin in the bathroom. Go across the street to Cumberland if you need coffee.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the staff. The manager was mumbling curse words under her breath, and I heard her.
