I had a very simple meal of asparagus soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. Both were the best I've ever eaten. It's not easy to do simple beautifully but they manage. The setting is also lovely with a pretty garden and rolling hills beyond.

Excellent food and great conversation with the owner. Perfect mountain views while eating lunch. We will be visiting again!

The Bees Knees Cafe is a find! Not in a town or a group of stores but at a working farm. Old farmhouse serves as a place for the talented chef and indoor eating for those who perfer it. Otherwise there are picnic tables out side with umbrellas and an awesome view of the valley and hills. Parking across road short walk uphill but its OH SO WORTH IT! If needbee you could drive to rear easier access. Some folks dont know the meaning of "Bee's knee's" see attached photo. It's where the bees carry the pollen back to the nest. 'Its the Good Stuff'. Not to be missed excellent food special location with terrific relaxing views and friendly welcoming owners and staff. This is the place you "GO TO" enjoy a special Breakfast or Lunch. Visit the website they have very many special events for dinners and live music.

This is such a special place! The food that Rob prepares is fabulous! The view is second to none! It is relaxing with little to no cell phone service and the atmosphere is just down to earth wonderful. We love buying meat, cheese, eggs, honey and syrup. Carol and John work hard to make visiting this cafe and their farm an enjoyable experience!!

This place is amazing! Chef Rob Handel will not disappoint! Breakfast, lunch, supper club. Always wonderful!
