One of the workers children (8-9 year old girl) behind the counter and in the kitchen. Most unprofessional staff I've ever seen. The lady with the light up Christmas hat should be fired immediately. I was embarrassed for them.

This is an average Arby's. Service was interesting, but it was fine. We're probably not used to NYers is all. Food was not really fresh, the buns were cold and dry. The turnover was good though.
The service was excellent and the employees were nice. Location was well maintained. Food was unsatisfactory, chicken tenders cold and overly chewy, fries cold and not fresh, and French dip had limited meat. Obviously standards for fast food are different but the food was not worth the price.
