This is an average Arby's. Service was interesting, but it was fine. We're probably not used to NYers is all. Food was not really fresh, the buns were cold and dry. The turnover was good though.
Went thru the drive thru. They no longer have fish sandwiches. Ordered 2 beef classic sandwiches and a loaded fry. They asked if we wanted sauces. Told them yes, I would like Arby's sauce. Payed for food at window. Girl at window was quite rude. Started to drive away, found no sauce or fork ,to eat fries,in the bag. Backed up to window, because no one was behind us. Girl was again rude, but gave us what we needed. Both times she walked away from window to talk to coworker....
