I'll say I've had my camp in Pulaski 12 years now and Colosse is one of my landmark stops every time I am here. The products are excellent, the staff friendly and they are extremely respectful of the military! I really enjoy walking through the door to the friendly staff and my favorite 18X Cheddar!

Known widely for their ice cream on a hot day there is a frequent influx of people stopping to satisfy their sweet tooth. They serve all the usual suspects from ice cream cones, milkshakes to sundaes at an affordable price. Of course you can go inside and find a great selection of locally made cheese or pick up some locally made maple syrup for you pancakes. I frequently see campers stopping to pick up provisions on their way to a local campground with an easier on and out now that they are closer to the highway.

Very good prices , fast service and cool staff . The menus are listed on the wall just outside the window but sometimes they have specialty flavors so keep your eye on the window for a note. You can park in their large lot or sit at picnic tables and benches , behind the ice cream shop there are also benches and picnic tables in a field on the wood line. There is more than enough seating for outings up to 40 people or so. I would definitely recommend stopping in and trying the handmade black cherry ice cream or toasted coconut. My mouth is watering just thinking about them.

Bought a pound of the Rat Trap sharp cheese when I was up fishing the other weekend. Just tried some tonight and mannn is it delicious! I may be slightly biased because I love really sharp cheese, but this has such great flavor and the sharpness is just right. I will definitely be buying here again, thanks for the great cheese.

This is Colosse Cheese. There is no better cheese maker anywhere! Fantastic variety and friendly knowledgeable people. I travel 300 miles twice a year to stock up. A must stop!!

What is chocolate cheese? Hopefully I'll find out by visiting the actual store in the future. I caught them at the Oswego Farmers Market. I was traveling so it wasn't an occasion for proper grocery shopping but the garlic and chive cheese curds were impressive. The flavors were assertive but not gimmicky and the texture was just right.
