So it's been over 20 years since I've had Colosse Curds and with the holidays upon us and colder temps here in AZ, I decided to online order some. They are still as good as 2 decades ago. Most things in life lately disappoint due to price and portion. These were worth every penny and it brought me back to a time in my life when things were less crazy.

We visited this area in June for a family reunion and we stopped by the shops in town and found this little gem. They had a great selection of cheeses. We bought enough to last us the year until we go back up to Altmar for our next family reunion ?
