Used to be a nice, casual place to eat, reasonable prices with good food, what happened? The past few visits were unimpressive, food was mediocre and selections were minimal. What disgusted me the most was the lack of cleanliness throughout the establishment. I've always had an issue with the women's restroom however this last time was atrocious, just nasty. Overall, it's in serious need of repair and maintenance throughout.

Meal was over cooked not very good. Buffet was disgusting. Salad was slimy and old. Chicken was dried out. Pasta had a hard crust on it. Not fresh. Will never return. Waitress was friendly.

Absolutely terrible, overly priced for a 2:30 afternoon lunch. Nothing was fresh, most of the hot food that was on display looked like its was there since they were open. For 23$ we were not impressed with the buffet. Dont plan on stopping back there anytime soon. # Pulaski NY

Not impressed. My grandpa and I use to go to the Ponderosa by our hometown and we loved it. The customer service wasnt that great. The ham on the salad bar was bad. The lettuce and carrots were old. The chicken wings were always out favorite but they weren't that great either. Although, we did love their pumpkin bread. Will try again. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Food warm not real hot, shrimp and grits was very dry and I didn't find any shrimp in mine. The nacho cheese for the tacos was not easy to put in the tacos because it was not hot enough to come off the spoon, it clung to the spoon and fell off in one big glob. Fruit and salad bar was ok until you got to the whipped cream for the fruit and there was an inch or so of slimy water in the bottom of it. The dessert area was very dark and messy and just not appealing.
