My boyfriend has been a loyal, dependable employee at this small business—always stepping up, staying late, and doing whatever was needed without hesitation. This past week, he took one single day off to drive me to a medically necessary rhinoplasty. He gave proper notice to his employer ahead of time, and not only was it approved, but the owner even showed up near the location where I was having my surgery. At the time, we took that as a gesture of support.
Now, just days later, my boyfriend has been completely removed from the schedule—no hours for the entire week, no warning, no explanation. It’s clear this is retaliation for taking time off to support a loved one through a medical procedure.
Let me be very clear: retaliation is illegal, even for small business owners. Taking adverse action against an employee for exercising basic rights is a direct violation of labor laws. If he is fired, we will be pressing charges to the full extent of the law. We are documenting everything and will not hesitate to move forward with formal legal action.
My boyfriend is a kind-hearted, hard-working person who has been afraid to speak up for fear of losing his job. But silence protects no one. No employee should be punished for doing the right thing.
To the business owner: loyalty and respect go both ways. If you think fear will keep people quiet, think again. And to anyone considering employment here—know your rights, and know what kind of behavior you may be walking into.
Catered for an event held in their back room. Great food and service. Very reasonably priced.
Update 5-22nd-2025
My husband calls to order. We get our total for delivery, wait 2 hours and no show, so we call and they said they never recieved and order. At this point I now have 2 very hungery children and am a very hungry pregnant woman. So I am not pleased by this at all!
Ive been ordering delivery from here frequently lately. So far, they have the best garlic knots locally I've found. And their house sauce for their salads is top tier. 👌 my only complaint is that I never seem to be able to order enough to satisfy my want for more of their delicious food!
Got the Large Antipasto along with Fried Calamari. The house dressing on the salad was great, the salad itself was loaded with meats and everything was fresh. The Calamari was delicious, Crisped to perfection the seasoning was a fine touch and the sauce that came with it was good.
Love the garlic Knotts, and pizza is pretty good 👍
Former patron, former employee. Food is 50/50 on whether or not it’ll have mold in it as the cheese slicer was only cleaned once in the years I worked there and had mold in it. Rotten chicken wings, and I quote from Salvatore himself, “put some salt on them, they’ll be fine”. Owner also was in trouble with DoL for stealing tips from employees. Avoid at all cost.
Good pizza
Food was horrible and cold and the Alfredo was soupy do not eat here 0/10
Absolutely fantastic Italian restaurant! My parents have been regulars here for years, and it's easy to see why—they absolutely love Stefano's. The owner is incredibly friendly, and the staff is outstanding. The food is exceptional, and I couldn't give this place anything less than 5 stars across the board! Plus, they've just opened a new location in Adams, NY, which is a great addition! Highly recommend!

Our sever was great - very attentive when we first arrived & then it got super busy so we didn’t see her for awhile which is understandable- the pizza we ordered was a small pepperoni- took longer than we expected —-there is nothing anyone can say to convince me it wasn’t out of a box - I have actually had store bought frozen pizza that tasted better than this -it looked like it came out of a box -nothing about this pizza said it was prepared to order- the crust was hard & dry like the Little Cesar kits you get for fundraising- cheese wasn’t even melty

I dont know what is going on. They used to be very good. I ordered online for delivery and delivery was great but my order was all messed up. My Calzone didn't have Mozzarella cheese but rest was fine and the pizza was square and the thickest crust. I didn't change that. At first I thought maybe my error but I double checked and Mozzarella is standard topping in calzones, lol. I didn't call them. I should have but chalked it up to I wasted $43.00.

Came in to eat dinner took about five minutes to get acknowledged at the podium to be seated and sat there for another 10 to 15 minutes and nobody even acknowledge us in our seat to get drinks completely not acceptable. The table that came in after us even got there drinks before us. That was the point that caused us to just walk out. Their service has to get better.

They should stick with Pizza only. I ordered Pizza and the Haddock fish special. The Pizza was good. The Haddock was horrible. Both the fish and fries were greasy and soggy. The salad sucked too. I ordered online for pickup and paid for extra tartar sauce. When I got back to the camp site, there wasn't any tartar sauce at all. Others at the camp site said that was typical for Stefano's.
